MBA面试：一个优秀的自我介绍该怎么说个人自我介绍是面试实战非常关键的一步，因为众所周知的"前因效应"的影响，你这2-3分钟见面前的自我介绍将在很大程度上决定你在各位考官心里的形象。

是你需要深造还是你值得名校录取?
自我介绍必须非常简洁地回答清楚这样一个问题"我需要得到来名校来深造的机会，同时我也值得北大选择我"。
很多同学的介绍里都急切地表明无论从哪个方面讲都到了急需充电，急需到最高学府深造，往往都忽略了前面这个问题。
记得在参加265-269分段第一次面试时，王教授就曾直接问过我："你们都需要到北大来，可是北大今年只有260个招生名额，能否谈谈北大为什么要选择你，你有哪些工作业绩，有哪些潜质?"北大的招生原则就是宁缺勿滥，北大希望录取的考生是全国最具有管理潜质的青年。
所以介绍的核心是你值得学校录取，而不是你需要深造!
重在个人经历介绍还是个人品质和能力?
