1.What can you tell me about yourself?

请介绍一下自己。

I’m a person with fast-learning ability. When in college, I got a part-time job in a clothing store in my spare time. In several weeks, few customers trusted me because I was a green-hand. In order to have some selling skills, I listened to and learnt from other colleagues.

Gradually, some old customers came back, asking me for a piece of advice, which gave me a sense of accomplishment. This sort of approval sounded trivial, perhaps, but it meant a lot to that student me.

我是一个有较强学习能力的人。大学时，我利用课余到一家服装店做兼职。因为我是一个新手，好几周过去了，都没有什么顾客理会我。于是我向同事学习，听他们讲销售技巧。渐渐地，一些老顾客回头找我提供购买建议，这样让我很有成就感。虽然这种认可看起来很微小，但是对于那时的我而言却意义非凡。

2.What would you like to be doing five years after graduation?

在毕业以后五年内想做什么？

I hope to do the current job better. Because many in this line of work

have been promoted to area managers, I am planning on that also.

我希望我的工作能做到最好。因为在我们这个行业很多人都被提升为区域经理，我也有这个打算。

3.What is your greatest strength?

你最突出的优点是什么？

I believe my greatest strength is my consistency. Performing well

occasionally is easy, but performing well on any occasion is definitely difficult.

我觉得自己最大的优点是保持一贯性。偶尔表现突出很容易，但是任何时候都表现突出却很困难。

4.What is your greatest weakness?

你最大的弱点是什么？

I think my greatest weakness is that I am stubborn sometimes. If I

make a decision and I believ e it is correct, it’s hard to persuade me to get rid of it, which makes me a tough person in my team.

我认为我最大的弱点是有时候一根筋。当我做出一个决定，并认定该决定正确时，要想说服我改变会变得非常困难。这样一来，我就变成了团队里的仙人掌。

5.How do you feel about your progress to date?

对于你至今所取得的进步你是怎样看的？

I think I did my job well. In fact, I received some of the highest

evaluation.

我认为我工作做的很好。事实上，我受到很高的评价。

6.Why did you choose Sichuan University?

你为什么选择四川大学？

As one of the most famous universities in China, the academic atmosphere of Sichuan University is impressive, where I believe I can get enough space to improve myself in my further study here.

7.Why did you choose MBA? Would you say something about the

current MBA program in China?

你为什么选择MBA？你能谈谈目前中国MBA的一些情况吗？

I chose MBA because I need systematic study on management which

can largely help to develop my working competence in my career.

Currently, MBA program in China is focused on fostering qualified managerial staff through brain storm in discussing and analyzing hot topics in business circle.

我选择MBA是因为我希望通过系统学习管理知识以后能在职业生涯里提高自己的工作能力。

目前，中国的MBA课程在培养合格经理人的过程中注重对商业热点话题的讨论和分析。

8.What has been your greatest accomplishment?

你现在最大的成就是什么？

I’ve recently led a team of more than 20 members to hit an annual goal assigned by our department. This is such a difficult one that has been detained for several years.
