摘要
虽然目前国内外有各种不同类型的破碎机,例如简摆式、复摆式、锤式、细碎式。但我们国内使用最多还是复摆颚式破碎机。至今已有一百多年的历史。在此期间,随着科技和经济的发展,各国不断地对其进行开发和创新。截止目前,复摆颚式破碎机的结构逐渐变得简单并且维修起来更加的方便。因此,广泛地应用于各个工业生产中。本次毕业设计主要介绍了研究此产品的目的和意义并且简单介绍了其基本原理,基于此,确定了一些主要参数。论文主要针对破碎机的运动进行了分析并且对V 带、电动机类型、减速器等相关构件进行了计算,分析了齿板磨损的原因并采取了相应的措施。此设计主要是为了满足进

Abstract
Although there are different types of domestic and foreign crushers, such as simple pendulum, complex pendulum, hammer, crushing style. But most of our domestic use or compound pendulum jaw crusher. It has been one hundred years of history. In the meantime, as technology and economic development, countries continue to be development and innovation. Up to now, complex pendulum jaw crusher structure gradually become simpler and more convenient to repair. It is widely used in various industrial production. The graduation project mainly introduces the purpose and significance of this item and briefly describes its basic principles, based on this, we identified a number of key parameters. Paper shredder for major sports were analyzed and for V-belt, the type of motor, reducer, and other related components were calculated to analyze the reasons for tooth wear plate and take the appropriate measures.
