（一）Everybody wants to be healthy.You know food is very important.（重要的）There is much healthy food.You can have more bananas , apples , oranges , tomatoes and so on,because fruits and vegetables are good for you.But don’t eat too much sweet candy （糖果）. It’s not good for healthy .Healthy food can make you grow and make you strong and happy.Sports can also keep you healthy .Get up early and do some sports every day.Don’t be lazy（懒惰）！You will be healthy and happy.（二）My name is Cathy. I often help my mother do some housework. Today is Sunday.My parents want to visit their friends.I stay at home by myself （我自己）.I think if I do some housework,they will be very happy.
