学生知道彩虹，但可能不是很清楚彩虹的七种颜色，涂色可以帮助学生熟悉七色彩虹，这个认知过程不是浪费课堂教学时间的无意义活动，希望教师不要随意删减涂色的环节。

找出七种颜色并说颜色的单词，数数。
