摘要:聚乳酸纤维(PLA)是一种新型生态环保纤维,原料来自植物,资源可再生,亲肤性好,符合人类可持续发展的方向,PLA/真丝针织物在针织内衣领域中应用越来越多,其服用性能已逐渐被人们所接受。
根据玉米纤维和真丝纤维的物理化学性能特点,文章重点研究了玉米纤维的染色性能及PLA/真丝交织物采用一浴两步法染色时的染色工艺。染色工艺为:先用低温分散染料4%(o.w.f)染玉米纤维,PH值5左右,浴比1:20,染色最高温度的恒温保持在95℃,染色时间45min作用为宜。经保险粉等还原清洗后,再用活性染料染真丝纤维,为使达到同色性最好的效果,染真丝纤维时采用染料浓度2%(o.w.f)、浴比1:20、元明粉50g/L、纯碱15g/L,最后皂洗。研究结果表明,按上述工艺处理后织物的摩擦色牢度达到三级,并且玉米纤维与真丝纤维交织织物染色的同色性已达到企业要求。

A research on the one bath dyeing technology of the PLA / silk fibers
Abstract: Polylactic acid fiber (PLA) is a new eco-friendly fiber, raw materials from plants, renewable resources, good skin-friendly, consistent with sustainable human development. PLA/silk knitted underwear in the knitting more and more applications in the field, its performance has gradually been taking people to accept.
Based on the physical and chemical properties of PLA and silk fibers, the paper focuses on the dyeing properties of corn fiber and PLA / Silk Fabric with a two-step dyeing bath during dyeing process.
Disperse dye was used to PLA fiber under dye strength 4% (o. w. f), PH value near 5, bath ratio 1:20, keeping maximum temperature in 95℃, time 45 min. After washing by Sodium, over dyeing process with reactive dye was applied to cotton fiber. In order to achieve the best results of the same color, dyeing cotton was under dye strength 2% (o. w. f), bath ratio 1:20, anhydrous sodium sulfate 50g/L, soda ash 15g/L. At last, fabric soaped. Cardiac resynchronization therapy, the one bath dyeing of PLA/silk fibers has reached the business requirements according to the above process, and fabric has a good rubbing fastness of third class.
