青岛城市记忆馆的介绍
青岛城市记忆馆位于原青岛商会旧址的一层及负一层，以中山路历史文化的发展与形成为展陈主线。
该馆以青岛自1891年建置以来的城市发展历程为主线，让观众了解青岛人文历史的特征、特性及基本脉络，重新发现青岛、认识青岛。
该馆的展陈设计分为老街寻踪、红色印迹、商业母脉、文化繁兴、经典建筑和时尚风情等六个部分，每个部分都通过近年来陆续发现的老照片和其他历史文献资源进行梳理组合，利用多层次的图文展示，配合实物以及AR、VR 等多媒体手法进行展示。
此外，该馆还设置了《百年中山路》沉浸式影院和百年商街变迁光影巴士，为游览者带来全新的沉浸式体验。
未来，市南区将继续按照“时尚引领、经济繁荣、文化回归、民生改善”的思路，全面提升中山路历史文化街区品质，逐步成为经典与时尚相统一、历史与现代相融合、宜商与宜居相协调的时尚魅力街区。

生活重心东移，原住民尤其是年轻人陆续在其它区域买房，从里院中 迁出。目前居住在里院里的居民，总体来看分为两类，一类是来青岛 务工人员 ；另外一类原住民中的中老年人。因为来青岛务工人口流动性 大，素质参差不齐，再加上管理不便，使得里院的居住环境日益恶化。 此外，居住人口的老龄化，致使里院缺乏及时有效的维护，亟待修缮。
（四）年久失修，建筑本身老化 里院的建造时间一般在 20 世纪的二三十年代，迄今已近百年了， 在建成后，建筑就常年缺乏必要的日常维护与修缮，里院的各组成部 分基本都出现了很严重的老化问题，例如墙皮出现不同程度的脱落， 楼板、栏板的砂浆松动、裂缝，钢筋外露、梁柱松动等等 ；院内木走 廊和楼梯的木板材料老化、损坏，甚至有不同程度的腐烂，情况已经 相当严重，随时可能出现圮塌的危险 ；有些里院居民对其进行了简单的 修补，但是其危险性依然存在 ；有些院落建筑局部的挂瓦已经脱落， 有些墙体也出现了不同程度的裂缝。
（2）拆除物重新利用 : 青岛里院具有上百年的历史，其拆除物不仅 具有一定的使用功能，而且具有极高的历史价值，是建造年代的工艺、

摘要：本文借由"武汉长江大桥"这一物理媒介,理清"交通"与"传播"间的共性与个性,从而进一步探讨传播物质性转向的可能性。
1954年《人民日报》的一篇社论拉开了举国关注修建长江大桥的序幕。
