600S-75型双吸单级离心泵设计

摘要:本文主要介绍了600S-75型双吸单级离心泵的设计计算过程。主要包括离心泵的整体结构设计、水力设计计算、压水室的设计计算、吸水室的设计计算及主要零部件的校核。本设计中的离心泵是具有一个叶轮的双支撑中开式离心泵。该离心泵具有经过优化设计的双吸式叶轮,从而使离心泵所受轴向力大为减小。叶轮叶片的叶型具有良好的水力性能,具有较好的抗汽蚀性能和较高的工作效率。该离心泵采用了螺旋形压水室,泵腔中的水流量轴对称,水力性能良好,具有相对较小的水力损失。吸水室采用了半螺旋形结构,该结构吸水室的截面均分布,叶轮进口流速均匀。该离心泵具有结构简单,稳定性良好,便于安装及拆卸检修等一系列优点,并且加装有自吸装置,可以在不安装底阀,没有真空泵,不倒灌的情况下,实现自动吸水,自行启动。

Abstract: This paper describes the design and calculation process of 600S-75 single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump.Mainly includes the design calculations of overall structural, hydraulic, pressurized water chamber, suction chamber and the checking of the main components .The pump in this paper is a pump with double support structure and only has one impeller. The centrifugal pump has the double suction impeller which has been optimization designed, so that the centrifugal pump axial force is greatly reduced. The hydraulic performance of the blade profile is good, .so the anti-cavitation performance and work efficiency of the pump are high. The centrifugal pump adopts the spiral pressurized water chamber, the water flow axisymmetric cavity of the pump, hydraulic performance is good and the hydraulic loss is relatively small. The Suction chamber adopts the semi spiral structure, the cross section of the structure of suction chamber are distributed, the impeller inlet velocity uniformity. The centrifugal pump has the advantages of simple structure, good stability, a series of advantages such as convenient installation and disassembly and maintenance. The self-suction device can start the pump without the valve, vacuum pump and situation.
