三、存在的问题虽然他们基本上都能把所学的知识掌握，但是在知识的灵活应用方面却仍旧存在困难。

第二步，就是认真的把全文阅读一遍，然后做题。

完成者前面那个步骤，每篇文章需要用的时间大概是12分钟。
但是，在平时练习中，也这样做收效不大。
因为只阅读一遍，看个半懂不懂，糊里糊涂的选择几个选项，然后对一下答案。

之后开始了课本内容的学习。

二、夯实基础，为持久学习续航为了让孩子们打好学习英语的基础，我不断的要求自己多想些“法子”，启发孩子们找“路子”。
⒈英语启蒙书写起。
英文书写的端正与规范，是开学阶段必须要抓好的。
从开始学ABC,，我就要求每一位学生书写端正，每周临摹字帖，经过一段时间的狠抓整治，同学们终于形成了一个端正书写的良好习惯，大部分学生能在四线三格里正确书写英文单词，有的学生还能在没有四线三格的情况下写出优美的英文。
⒉学好英语不离口。
语言的学习讲究的是说，因此，我要求学生在基础学习阶段养成大声朗读，敢于开口，这是非常必要的。
在日常教学中，我常常鼓励学生开口，我认为只要他们开口读、说英语了，那么他们这一生的英语学习将会顺顺利利。
所以我特别强调学生，一定要大声的朗读英语。
针对个别性格内向、羞于开口的学生，则要将其列为重点关注对象，致力于先张口，再出声，最后大声朗读。
在早读课上，我想尽办法让学生们以不同的形式朗读，充分挖掘学生们读的潜能和兴趣，让学生们都能开口说英语。
⒊盖好“房子”，单词起。
英语词汇很重要，开学第一堂课，我就跟学生讲，单词好比盖房子的砖，你要想日后盖出高楼大厦，你就得现在一块块地捡砖。
为了让学生很容易地识记单词，我向学生讲述了正确识记单词拼写的方法：依据单词发音来识记单词的拼写。
对于单词拼写的检测，我通过用每天课前检测，隔天听写单词的方式，培养学生勤记单词的习惯。
4.情景英语对话练。
对于每个单元的情景对话，我先教读，然后让学生自由朗读、小组操练。
然后，争取让学生有尽量多的机会展示，尤其是每个单元的重要句型，我基本会让学生操练后小组进行展示。
5.良好习惯要培养。
英语学习必须通过大量的听、说、读、写训练。
从这点出发，可以说，英语学习的过程也是习惯养成的过程。
通过一个学期的抓书写，练朗读，背课文，记单词的训练，有的学生基本形成了良好的学习英语的习惯，可是这些习惯还不算很牢固。

三、经验缺乏，困难涌现1.学生产生英语学习厌烦情绪。
随着时间的推移，学生刚学习英语那份新鲜感少了，慢慢觉得英语难了，单词难背，所学英语无处可施，产生了厌烦情绪。
2.后进生面积渐扩大。
由于学生对英语缺乏新鲜感，学习兴趣淡化，上课学生不太积极了，甚至一上英语课就闹情绪。
3.课改教学不顺利。
虽然经过一个学期的抓音标，大部分学生还是未能将音标学会，无法自己拼读单词。
为此，运用导学案教学成了我和学生的一大困扰。
针对这样的情况，为了激励学生的学习，我在教学当中常常给予后进生更多的关心与鼓励，帮助他们重新树立学好英语的信心，采取一切措施控制并缩小班级内英语学习后进生的数量。

回首这一学期的教育教学工作，感触颇多。
一、认识教材，了解学生对于新教材，大家都是处在摸索探究的阶段；但是同时，我也看到了许多前辈教师丰富资深的经验。
