用英语简要介绍上海的好玩的地方作文
用英语简要介绍上海的好玩的地方作文全文共6篇示例,供读者参考篇1Shanghai is the Biggest and Coolest City Ever!Hi friends! My name is Xiao Ming and I live in the awesome city of Shanghai. It's the best place in the whole world! Shanghai has so many fun things to do and amazing places to visit. Let me tell you about some of my favorites. The Bund is this long road right along the Huangpu River. On one side you can see all the old buildings with European style architecture from a long time ago. But on the other side, there are tons of modern skyscrapers that are shiny and tall! At night, the buildings have pretty lights that make the whole area glow. Sometimes my family goes to the Bund just to walk along the river and look at the bright city lights reflecting on the water. It's so beautiful!Another awesome place is Yu Garden. This is an ancient Chinese garden that was built way back in the 1500s! As soon as you enter, you feel like you've gone back in time. There are dragon statues, pagoda towers, ponds with koi fish, and intricatewooden buildings with upturned roofs. My favorite part is the Zig-Zag Bridge that goes over a little creek. Yu Garden is right in the middle of the Old City, so it's fun to explore the little shops and snack stands in the area too.If you like science and technology, you have to go to the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. It's a massive museum with so many hands-on exhibits. You can see a real submarine, walk through a mine shaft, ride a mini roller coaster, and even experience what it feels like during an earthquake! One time, I got to go into the huge sphere and lay on my back to watch movies projected across the entire domed ceiling. That was incredible! The museum never gets boring because there's always something new to discover. For an amazing view of the city, you should visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. This unique tower has bright pink spheres stacked on top of each other. You can take a glass elevator all the way up to the observation decks at the top. From up there, you can see the entire Shanghai skyline stretching out below you. It's a little scary looking straight down, but the views are unbelievable! Sometimes I use the binocular scopes to zoom in on famous buildings like the Shanghai World Financial Center.Shanghai has some awesome theme parks too. My personal favorite is Happy Valley. It has crazy roller coasters like the Diving Machine that goes straight down at a 90 degree angle! Just thinking about it makes my stomach flip. There are also lots of fun kid rides, a huge dancing water fountain, and beautiful gardens. During the holidays, they do amazing light shows and decorations too. I could spend days at Happy Valley and still not go on every ride.Of course, no trip to Shanghai is complete without seeing the famous Transformers statue! This 60 foot tall Bumblebee robot is in the city center and one of the most popular spots for tourists to take photos. He's rendered in amazing detail, with his arms stretched out in a big action pose. I like to think he's getting ready to battle the evil Decepticons to protect our city! Bumblebee is just so massive and lifelike, it gives me goosebumps every time I see him. Those are some of the highlights, but there's honestly too much coolness packed into Shanghai for me to cover in one essay. We have world-class museums, beautiful parks, incredible skyscrapers, busy markets, and more! No matter what you're into, Shanghai has something fun waiting for you to discover. Comesee for yourself why this is such an epic place to visit. I'm lucky I get to call Shanghai my home!篇2Here's an essay introducing some fun places to visit in Shanghai, written in English from the perspective of an elementary school student (around 2000 words):My Favorite Fun Places in ShanghaiHi there! My name is Xiaoming, and I'm a 10-year-old boy living in the amazing city of Shanghai. I love exploring all the cool places in my city, and I want to tell you about some of my favorites!First, let's talk about Shanghai Disneyland! This is probably the most exciting place for kids like me in the whole city. Disneyland has so many incredible rides, shows, and attractions based on Disney movies and characters. My favorite ride is the TRON Lightcycle Power Run, where you get to race on a motorbike through a digital world. It's like being inside a video game!Another awesome part of Disneyland is the Enchanted Storybook Castle. It's huge and looks just like the castle from theDisney movies. At night, they have a spectacular light and fireworks show that makes the castle look even more magical. Whenever I'm at Disneyland, I feel like I've stepped into a fairy tale world. Not far from Disneyland is the Shanghai Wild Animal Park. This place is massive, and you can see all kinds of cool animals like lions, tigers, elephants, and giraffes. One of the best parts is the safari tour, where you get to ride in a big truck and see the animals up close! The lions are my favorite – they're so mighty and powerful.Another fun thing to do at the animal park is the petting zoo area. You can feed and pet all sorts of friendly animals like goats, sheep, and rabbits. Just be careful not to get too close to the ostriches – those birds can get a little grumpy sometimes! If you're looking for something a bit more educational, you should check out the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. This place is like a giant playground for your brain! They have all sorts of interactive exhibits where you can learn about science, technology, and how things work. One of my favorite exhibits is the robot zone, where you can see all kinds of cool robots and even try programming them yourself. There's also a huge ball pit that demonstrates theprinciples of physics in a really fun way. And don't miss the planetarium – it's like you're blasting off into outer space! For something a little more relaxing, I love spending time at the Yu Garden. This is a beautiful traditional Chinese garden with pavilions, ponds, and rock formations. It's like stepping back in time to ancient China. My favorite part is the Dragon Wall, which is covered in intricate carvings of dragons and other mythical creatures.Nearby the Yu Garden is the Bund, which is a famous waterfront area with lots of historical buildings. It's a great place to take a stroll and admire the stunning architecture. At night, the buildings are all lit up, and it looks like a scene from a movie.Last but not least, I have to mention one of my favorite places for food: the Xintiandi area. This neighborhood is filled with narrow alleyways and traditional shikumen buildings, but it's also got tons of awesome restaurants, cafes, and shops. One of my go-to spots in Xintiandi is the Jade Buddha Temple. As the name suggests, there's a stunning jade Buddha statue inside that's over 600 years old! But my favorite part is the vegetarian restaurant right next door. They have the most delicious mock meat dishes that even a non-vegetarian like me loves. Those are just a few of my favorite fun places in Shanghai. There's always something new and exciting to discover in this incredible city. Whether you're into Disney magic, cool animals, science experiments, or just exploring beautiful gardens and neighborhoods, Shanghai has something for everyone. Come and visit – I'll show you around!篇3My Favorite Fun Places in ShanghaiHi friends! Today I want to tell you about some really cool places to visit in Shanghai. Shanghai is a huge city in China with lots of fun things to see and do. Let me tell you about my favorites! The BundOne of the most famous places in Shanghai is the Bund. The Bund is a big waterfront area along the Huangpu River. On one side you can see old European-style buildings that used to be banks and trading companies a long time ago. These buildings are so pretty with their stone walls, big pillars, and green roofs. Across the river is the newer part of Shanghai with tall skyscrapers and bright lights at night. It's amazing to see the old buildings and new buildings right across from each other! Youcan walk along the Bund and take pictures or just enjoy the view. Sometimes there are performers and artists along the walkway too.Shanghai TowerSpeaking of tall buildings, the Shanghai Tower is one of the tallest buildings in the world! It has 128 floors and is super super tall - 2,073 feet high! That's almost twice as tall as the Empire State Building in New York. When you go up to the top, you can see amazing views of the whole city below you. There are also cool things like glass floor sections where you can look straight down - just don't get dizzy! The building looks so skinny and twisty from the ground. I can't believe people built something so enormous. Going up the Shanghai Tower is a must if you visit Shanghai.Shanghai Science and Technology MuseumIf you like science like me, you'll love the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum. It's a huge museum with all kinds of fun exhibits about space, animals, the human body, and more. One of my favorite parts is the flat floor area where you can create giant soap bubbles! They have this special soap mixture that lets you make bubbles big enough to fit a person inside. You can also see a cool lightning show, make your own animatedvideo, and learn about robots and inventions. There are so many hands-on activities that make science super fun. I could spend all day there.Shanghai DisneylandWhat kid doesn't love Disney? Well Shanghai has its very own Disneyland park and it's awesome! It has all the classic Disney rides like Space Mountain, It's A Small World, and the Haunted Mansion. But it also has some rides you can't find at other Disneyland parks like the Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure ride where your boat gets stuck in the middle of a battle between pirates and skeletons. So cool! The park is located in the Pudong area and is really easy to get to by subway. I try to go as often as I can because it's just such a magical place.Shanghai Circus WorldNext door to Disneyland is Shanghai Circus World. This place is really unique because it combines the amazing acrobatics of a circus with elements of theater, animal performances, magic shows and more. The acrobats do crazy stunts like jumping through rings of fire and swinging from moving trapeze rigs. There are also hilarious clowns who do silly skits to make you laugh. And the animal performances with tigers, elephants andmonkeys are awesome to watch. All the acts have bright lights, loud music and beautiful costumes which make it feel like a big party. Definitely one of the most exciting shows I've ever seen!Yu GardenIf you need a break from the big city, you can visit the peaceful Yu Garden in downtown Shanghai. This garden is hundreds of years old and was once the home of a very wealthy family during the Ming Dynasty. You can walk through the beautiful pavilions, pagodas, ponds and rock gardens. It's hard to believe such a quiet and green place exists right in the middle of busy Shanghai. There are also shops around the garden where you can buy traditional Chinese crafts and souvenirs. Yu Garden makes you feel like you've traveled back in time! Those are some of my absolute favorite spots in Shanghai. There's still so much more to see and do like riding the super fast Maglev train, going to the top of the Oriental Pearl Tower, and exploring the French Concession neighborhood. No matter what you do, Shanghai is just a really fun and fascinating city. I feel lucky to live here and share it with visitors from all over the world. Let me know if you ever come to Shanghai – maybe we can explore together!篇4Fun Places to Visit in Shanghai!Hi friends! My name is Lily and I'm 10 years old. I live in the amazing city of Shanghai, which is in China. Shanghai is a huge city with over 24 million people! It's full of cool places to see and fun things to do. Today I'll tell you all about my favorite spots in Shanghai.First up is the Bund! The Bund is a famous waterfront area along the Huangpu River. On one side you can see classic European-style buildings from the 1800s and 1900s. But if you look across the river, you'll spot the crazy futuristic skyscrapers of Pudong like the twisty Shanghai Tower and the pearl-shaped Oriental Pearl TV Tower. At night the whole area lights up and looks like a million sparkling diamonds! My parents always take me to the Bund to walk along the river and take pictures. Sometimes we go on a Huangpu River cruise boat to see the Bund from the water too. The boats have rooms with huge glass windows so you can see everything as you float by. Plus they serve yummy snacks onboard!Another awesome place is the Yu Garden. This massive garden was first built in the 1500s! It has beautiful ponds withcolorful koi fish, zigzag bridges over the water, and traditional Chinese pavilions. Yu Garden feels like stepping back in time to ancient China. My favorite part is the Dragon Wall. It's this long, curved wall completely covered in carvings of dragons, clouds, and other mythical creatures. The details are so intricate and precise. I love tracing my fingers along the grooves as I walk. Yu Garden gets pretty crowded but it's worth fighting through the crowds to see this legendary garden.Speaking of legendary, we have to talk about the Shanghai Disney Resort! It opened in 2016 and has the biggest Disney castle in the world. The castle is called the Enchanted Storybook Castle and it's absolutely humongous, way bigger than the Disney castles in places like Florida. It looks like it jumped straight out of a fairytale book.My little sister is obsessed with Disney Princesses, so our family has been to Shanghai Disneyland probably a hundred times. We always start in the Fantasyland area to ride the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Peter Pan's Flight. But my personal favorite areas are Tomorrowland with the TRON Lightcycle Power Run coaster and Adventure Isle with its Roaring Rapids river rapids ride that gets you completely drenched!Next up, let me tell you about Xintiandi. This area used to be full of old shikumen houses that Shanghai was famous for. Shikumen houses had classic stone-framed doors and windows. Instead of tearing these houses down, they restored and rebuilt them into modern restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas while keeping that historic Shanghai feel. Now Xintiandi is one of the trendiest spots in the city. It's filled with neon lights, alleyways lined with bars and cafes, and little plazas for events and street food vendors. At holiday times like Chinese New Year, they decorate everything so beautifully. I love getting a puffy creme brulee tart from one of the dessert shops and strolling around the car-free streets admiring all the historic architecture mixed with sleek new stylings. For science and tech lovers, you have to visit the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum! This place is mind-blowingly huge with tons of interactive exhibits spread across several buildings and outdoor areas. You can see a realyinghuo-1 rocket that went to space, build your own robots, ride a simulated rocket launch, and so much more.My favorite is the virtual reality zone where you can put on a VR headset and experience flying over Shanghai, traveling through the human body, and exploring ancient China. Itseriously feels like you get shrunk down and transported into these crazy virtual worlds. I could spend all day in that section! Those are some of the highlights, but there's still the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium with underwater tunnels to view sharks and rays, the Shanghai Tower's vertigo-inducingglass-floored observation decks, Fengshen Skateplaza for skateboarding and BMX stunts, and way too many other attractions to list. No matter what you're into, Shanghai has something unbelievable for everyone!I feel so lucky to live in such a big, diverse, exciting city. Shanghai is an incredible mix of ancient traditions andcutting-edge modernism. It has world-famous historic sites and state-of-the-art new attractions. Most importantly for a kid, it's just straight-up fun! Every day in Shanghai feels like an adventure. If you ever get a chance to visit Shanghai, you absolutely have to come. I'd be happy to show you around my favorite spots and maybe even teach you a few words in Shanghainese, the local dialect we speak here. Shanghai is endlessly entertaining and an amazing place to explore. I hope you can visit soon - Wang wang! (That means come over!)篇5My Amazing Trip to Shanghai!Wow, Shanghai is the coolest city ever! I just got back from visiting there with my family and I can't wait to tell you all about the awesome places we went. Shanghai has so many fun things to see and do. Let me start from the beginning! We flew into the ginormous Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Just the airport itself was exciting with so many planes taking off and landing. Once we got our bags, we took a taxi into the city center. Shanghai is humongous with over 24 million people living there! The taxi driver didn't speak much English, but luckily my dad knows some Mandarin so he could give directions. Our hotel was right in the heart of downtown near the Bund waterfront area. This is one of the most famous spots in Shanghai with old European-style buildings on one side and modern skyscrapers on the other side across the Huangpu River. At night, the whole area lights up in a spectacular light show. We went on a Huangpu River cruise to see the skyline up close - it was breathtaking! One of my favorite experiences was going up to the top of the 2,073 foot Shanghai Tower, which is the second tallest building in the world. The views from the observation decks were out of this world. You could see the entire city stretching out in all directions. I felt like I was on top of the world up there!Another incredibly cool place we visited was the Shanghai Disney Resort. It's kind of like the Disneyland in California, but even bigger with more rides and attractions. We spent two full days at the theme parks going on all the thrilling roller coasters and watching the amazing shows and parades. My favorite ride was the TRON Lightcycle Power Run - it's an insane futuristic motorbike coaster where you get to ride a motorcycle-style vehicle through the dazzling digital world. So rad!Of course, no trip to Shanghai would be complete without visiting the Yuyuan Garden, an amazingly beautiful classic Chinese garden right in the middle of the city. It was built back in the 1500s for a high-ranking official. We wandered along the winding paths, over the arched bridges, and around the peaceful ponds and rock sculptures. It felt like stepping back in time to ancient China. Nearby is the Yuyuan Bazaar, a huge outdoor market selling every kind of Chinese snack, souvenir, and handicraft you can imagine. We also explored some incredible museums, like the Shanghai Science and Technology Museum filled with hands-on exhibits about space, the human body, robots, and more. They even had an artificial tornado machine and a U-shaped cycling track that defied gravity! So much fun.And the food...oh man, the food in Shanghai was out of this world! We had amazing xiaolongbao (those delicious steamed soup dumplings), shengjianbao (pan-fried baos filled with pork), jianbing (crispy crepe-like breakfast wraps), and other crazy good street foods. My parents also took me to some incredible Shanghainese restaurants for fancier cuisine like hairy crab, beggar's chicken, and drunken shrimp. Everything was bursting with rich flavors unlike anything we can get back home. I probably gained 10 pounds on this trip!I could go on and on, but I'm running out of space to write. Shanghai had so many other awesome things like incredible acrobat shows, bustling shopping streets, ancient temples, and more. It was truly a remarkable, unforgettable experience. If you ever get a chance to visit Shanghai, you absolutely have to go! It's one of the most vibrant, thrilling, mind-blowing cities on the planet. I give it a eleven out of ten stars! Well, I better run - until next time!篇6My Favorite Fun Places in ShanghaiHi friends! My name is Xiaoming and I live in the awesome city of Shanghai. Shanghai is the biggest city in China with over 24 million people living here. It's a really cool place with tons of fun stuff to do and see. Today I want to tell you about some of my favorite spots in Shanghai that are great for kids.First up is the Shanghai Natural History Museum. This place is amazing! It has huge dinosaur skeletons and fossils, life-sized models of prehistoric creatures, an earthquake simulator, and all kinds of exhibits about nature, science and the planet Earth. My favorite part is the dinosaurs - I love learning about those giant reptiles that lived millions of years ago. The museum also has an awesome 4D theater where you can watch movies with wind, smells, and even water spraying at you. So cool!Another must-visit in Shanghai is the Shanghai Ocean Aquarium. Here you can see over 30,000 amazing sea creatures swimming around in huge tanks of water. My favorite animals are the sharks - there are sand tiger sharks, blacktip reef sharks, and even gigantic whale sharks which are the biggest fish in the world! The aquarium has an underwater tunnel that you can walkthrough with sharks and other fish swimming above and around you. There is also a cool rainforest area with piranhas, arapaimas, and other Amazon river creatures. Don't miss the sea lion show where the trainers make the sea lions do funny tricks. If you like rollercoasters and rides, you have to go to the Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park. This massive park has some of the craziest rides I've ever been on! The Kraken is a floorless rollercoaster that goes upside down seven times. Just thinking about it makes my stomach flip! There is also the Fjord Rafting water coaster that splashes you down a giant water slide. My little brother's favorite is the Revolution coaster that spins you around and around until you feel dizzy. Apart from the wild rides, there are fun shows with dolphins, sea lions, and acrobats. You can even pet seals and swim with dolphins if you aren't scared! Not far away is the Shanghai Disneyland Park which is definitely a magical place for kids. It has so many classic Disney rides and attractions spread across different themed lands. I love racing through Space Mountain in Tomorrowland and sailing through Pirates of the Caribbean in Adventureland. The Enchanted Storybook Castle is incredible - it's just like the castle in the movies! Don't miss the amazing stage shows and parades with all your favorite Disney characters. Be sure to get someMickey Mouse shaped snacks or a cute souvenir before you leave. If you get tired of theme parks, head over to the Shanghai Botanical Gardens for a peaceful nature experience. This huge garden has plant species from all over the world arranged in different scenic landscapes and exhibits. My favorite areas are the rose garden with thousands of roses in bloom, the amazing bonsai tree exhibit, and the fun indoor rainforest conservatory filled with tropical plants, waterfalls and birds. You can also take a paddleboat out on the lake or have a picnic on the sprawling lawns. A great place to relax in the middle of the big city!I hope you can visit Shanghai one day to check out these awesome places and more. This city has so much fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I feel lucky to live in a place with world-class museums, parks and attractions right in my backyard. Shanghai is the best! Let me know if you need any other tips for your trip. Thanks for reading, gotta run - see you next time!。
