功 能精密组合行程开关采用多个开关元件并行排列的方式，相邻开关元件之间的间距依据ＤＩＮ４３６９７标准有１２ｍｍ和１６ｍｍ两种，此外还有间距８ｍｍ的产品，该产品设计特别紧凑，安装空间更小。
开关元件通过柱塞来触发，配合符合ＤＩＮ６９６３９标准的挡块来完成定位控制，挡块通常与符合ＤＩＮ６９６３８标准的导轨一起使用。

PNOZ 10急停继电器使用说明书使用范围：PNOZ 10急停继电器用于紧急停止，适用于VDE 0113第1部分和EN 60204-1：1992所要求的安全回路。
基本特征：PNOZ 10急停继电器装在P93的外壳中，共计有10种不同的型号适用于交流电，1种适用于直流电。
特点：-继电器输出：6个安全触点（常开），4个辅助触点（常闭）。
-可连接急停按钮，安全门按钮和启动按钮。
-电源电压显示-继电器状态显示。
-反馈回路用于检测外部保护回路状态。
此继电器符合下列安全要求：-开关方式属复式接线，并具有自身诊断功能。
-当有部分元件损坏时，仍然具有保护作用。
-在每次开-关设备时都会自动检测，继电器工作是否正常断开和闭合。
-用于直流和交流的继电器都有电器保险。
功能描述：PNOZ 10急停继电器用于紧急停止。
当接通电源，短接Y1-Y2、S12-S34并接通输入回路后，K3处于工作状态。
-输入回路接通（如：未按下急停按钮），继电器K1、K2通过触点K3.1、K3.2接通，并通过K1.1、K2.1自锁保持，状态指示LED亮。
当断开K1.2、K2.2后，K3在经过90ms 的延时后断开。

1概述1.1 用途及适用范围HT6L1-400Z/1140和 HT4L2-400Z/1140矿用隔爆兼本质安全型组合式智能真空磁力起动器(以下简称组合开关)适用于含有爆炸性危险气体(甲烷)和煤尘的矿井中，在交流50Hz，额定电压1140V或660V的线路中，对三相鼠笼式异步电动机或三相双绕组鼠笼式异步电动机的起动、停止进行控制和保护，并可在停止时进行换向。
1.2 使用条件1.2.1 海拔高度不超过2000m。
1.2.2 运行环境温度-5℃～+40℃。
1.2.3 周围空气相对湿度不大于95%(相当于+25℃时)。
1.2.4 在无明显破坏绝缘的气体和蒸汽的环境中。
1.2.5 在无滴水、无显著摇动和冲击振动的地方。
1.2.6 与垂直面的安装倾斜度不超过15°。
1.2.7 污染等级：3级。

1 概述1.1 主要用途及适用范围KJZ3-1500/3300Z矿用隔爆兼本质安全型智能真空组合开关（以下简称组合开关）适用于含有甲烷混合气体、具有煤尘爆炸危险的煤矿井下。
在额定电压交流50HZ 3300V供电线路中，对多台三相交流电动机（采煤机、运输机等）进行起动、停止控制，并能对电动机及供电线路进行保护。
组合开关配有127V、220V 辅助电源，供照明或控制使用。
1.2 正常工作条件a) 海拔不超过1000m；b)周围空气温度为（-5～+40）℃；c)周围空气相对湿度不大于95%（+25。
C时）；d)在有沼气与煤尘爆炸性混合物的矿井中；e)无破坏绝缘的气体或蒸汽的环境中；f)无显著摇动和冲击振动的地方；g)能防止滴水的地方；h)与水平面安装倾斜度不超过15°。

当设备出现过载，短路等故障时能自动切断电源并显示及记忆故障信号，开关还具有模拟漏电闭锁保护试验及短路保护试验功能，运行中能显示各支路状态参数。
本组合开关采用德国西门子公司S7-200可编程控制。

际安电气组合开关常见故障及排除方法一．漏电闭锁1．要把插在主接触器上的漏电检测线拔开：如果故障解除，说明故障点在开关以外；如果故障没解除，要检查“电流检查板”、“试验板”、“漏电闭锁板”采用替换法。
2．检查“EM231-1”“A+”与“A-”，“B+”与“B-”，“C+”与“C-”，“D+”与“D-”“EM231-2”“A+”与“A-”，“B+”与“B-”之间的电压是否是DC10V，如果没有电压说明此口已坏需更换此模块，以上为一至六路的漏电模拟信号的输入端口。
3． 3300V开关要检查“真空继电器组”，方法：将它的24V电源线及信号线断开。
4．也有可能是“CPU226”坏；5．“漏电闭锁”自动复位；1.要根据电机功率将每一个接触器参数表中的额定电流值整定合适，速断陪数设在8或9陪，额定电流要比电机上标的额定电流大3—5A，见图1；2.要检查“电流检测板”和“试验板”，方法：替换法；3.要检查“电流互感器”，有可能是电流互感器线圈断，“断相板”给拔掉，（断相板是电流检测板上的，那块用两条镙丝固定的那块小板）而造成短路的，需更换电流互感器。

际安电气组合开关常见故障及排除方法一．漏电闭锁1．要把插在主接触器上的漏电检测线拔开：如果故障解除，说明故障点在开关以外；如果故障没解除，要检查“电流检查板”、“试验板”、“漏电闭锁板”采用替换法。
2．检查“EM231-1”“A+”与“A-”，“B+”与“B-”，“C+”与“C-”，“D+”与“D-”“EM231-2”“A+”与“A-”，“B+”与“B-”之间的电压是否是DC10V，如果没有电压说明此口已坏需更换此模块，以上为一至六路的漏电模拟信号的输入端口。
3．3300V开关要检查“真空继电器组”，方法：将它的24V电源线及信号线断开。

际安10组合开关说明书
1、门盖上合分闸按钮使用说明：
门盖上按钮为两排，即上排合闸按钮，下排分闸按钮。
面朝门盖从左往右：合闸按钮依次为1路合闸、2路合闸、3路合闸、4路合闸、备用按钮1、备用按钮2；分闸按钮依次为1路分闸、2路分闸、3路分闸、4路分闸、备用按钮。
使用方法(近控条件下)：首先，翻开门盖观察钮子开关，使其保持近控状态。
如果需要启动1路电源，则用手指按下上排1路合闸按钮，短暂按下后松开，当听见腔内接触器发出动作响声，则操作成功。
切忌不能长时间按下不松开。
如果需要停顿1路电源，则用手指按下下排1路分闸按钮，操作方法与合闸状态下一致。
(远控条件下)：首先，翻开门盖观察钮子开关，使其保持远控状态。
根据实际接线来使用，切忌保持远控按钮与下副腔远控接线正常。
如果发现近控按钮接触不良或者存在其他问题，则把其上线路接到备用按钮上，并进展标注说明。
2、副腔上参数设置按钮使用说明：
副腔上按钮为一排。
面朝副腔从左往右依次为：菜单、上移、下移、确认、复位、试验、备用。
长按上移或下移键2-3S进入参数设置界面，按菜单键来移动光标，目标确定后按按钮进入该参数设定的界面，通过上移或下移键来调整参数。
