Obtaining the highest drilling productivity and economy requires operation of all components in the system to be highly synchronized. Design criteriaWhen designing the hydraulic system for a rock drill rig, the operator must be given complete and independent control of the key parameters —percussion pressure, percussion frequency, feed force, and rotation —to achieve optimum drilling efficiency. When all of these parameters are optimized to suit working conditions, the drill bit has full contact with the rock and the shock wave captures maximum kinetic energy to ensure that each impact achieves high productivity.Although the design of the machine itself accounts for much of the machine’s productivity, achieving maximum productivity to meet cost targets requires a well-engineered hydraulic system with components that can maintain high reliability even in the face of frequent heavy impacts. 但它最大的缺点是板锤和反击板特别易磨损,尤其是破碎坚硬的矿石,磨损则更为严重,需要经常更换。
目前由于一些耐磨材料的出现,在一些金属选矿厂中已得到应用。
反击式破碎机工作原理:反击式破碎机是一种利用冲击能来破碎物料的破碎机械。
本机工作时,在电动机的带动下,转子高速旋转,物料进入板锤作用区时,与转子上的板锤撞击破碎,后又被抛向反击装置上再次破碎,然后又从反击衬板上弹回到板锤作用区重新破碎,此过程重复进行,物料由大到小进入一、二、三反击腔重复进行破碎,直到物料被破碎至所需粒度,由出料口排出。
调整反击架与转子之间的间隙可达到改变物料出料粒度和物料形状的目的。
石料由机器上部直接落入高速旋转的转盘;在高速离心力的作用下,与另一部分以伞型方式分流在转盘四周的飞石产生高速碰撞与高密度的粉碎,石料在互相打击后,又会在转盘和机壳之间形成涡流运动而造成多次的互相打击、摩擦、粉碎,从下部直通排出。
形成闭路多次循环,由筛分设备控制达到所要求的粒度。
反击式破碎机主要优点:1,反击式破碎机进料口大,破碎腔高,适应物料硬度高、块度大,产品石粉少。

关键词:高锰钢,失败,奥氏体,马氏体一、引言锰含量高的锰钢(Hadfield Steel)是由Robert Hadfield爵士于1882年发明的,第一个专利在英国在1883年和1884年被授予美国专利号303150和303151【1】。
按照ASTM-A128规范,高锰钢的化学成分是1 - 1.4%的碳和11 - 14%锰。
然而,该锰碳比在10:1最佳以保证淬火后的奥氏体组织【2】。
独特属性的高韧性、高延展性和高的加工硬化率得到了更好的耐磨性使得高锰钢的工程材料的选择用于重工业如土方、采矿、采石、油气钻探。

二、实验工作在南非的两个生产破碎机锤和颚式破碎机的工厂(名字隐藏)评估了某些部件过早失效的原因。
这个过程包括价值链的所有阶段即;视觉检查失败的组件,取消选择控制化学成分、攻丝/浇注温度和凝固时间,热处理过程和金相检验。
三、结果图一图1显示了颚式破碎机在工作时出现的裂纹。
在热处理后很快观察到裂纹。
微裂纹可能是预先存在于铸件中,是热处理结果之前热效应和脆性成分的微观结构。
首先,过热可能导致热撕裂。
