口岸集装箱卫生处理效果的评价研究

摘要：目的防止入境集装箱携带媒介昆虫和致病微生物输入，为疫情控制提供参考。方法在集装箱空

箱中，

以致倦库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊为试虫，使用浓度为12g /m 3

的硫酰氟处理24h 后，计算各类试虫的死亡率；同时使用常用工作浓度的过氧乙酸、二氧化氯分别处理2个集装箱空箱2h 和0．5h ；以无菌棉拭子采集

经硫酰氟、

过氧乙酸和二氧化氯处理前后集装箱箱壁的样本，并带回实验室培养计数。结果应用硫酰氟熏蒸处理24h 后，

各类试虫的死亡率均达100%，集装箱箱壁细菌总数经检测无明显变化；应用过氧乙酸和二氧化氯处理后，现场采集的集装箱箱壁样本经培养24h 后，几乎无细菌生长。结论常用工作浓度的硫酰氟对媒介昆虫的杀灭率很高，但对细菌无明显杀灭作用；而过氧乙酸和二氧化氯均可起到明显的消毒杀菌效果。关键词：口岸；集装箱；卫生处理；效果评价

Abstract ：Objective To prevent the insect vector and pathogenic microorganism importing with containers ，and

provide reference for epidemic control．Methods In the empty container ，Culex quinquefasciatus ，Musca

domestica ，

and Blattlla germanica were used as test insect ，treated for 24h with sulfuryl fluoride ，and calculated their mortality rate．At the same time ，other two empty containers were treated with peracetic acid and chlorine dioxide at common working concentration for 2h and 0．5h respectively．Using sterile cotton swab collected the samples from the

wall of each container before and after treatment ，

then culturing and counting in the lab．Ｒesults After sulfuryl fluoride fumigation for 24h ，all kinds of test insects were dead．But there was no significant change in bacterial detection after sulfuryl fluoride fumigation．And there were almost no bacterial growth after peracetic acid or chlorine dioxide treated．Conclusion At working concentration ，sulfuryl fluoride has very high killing rate to insect

vectors ，

but no significant effect on bacteria．The peracetic acid and chlorine dioxide could play a significant disinfection．

近年来，随着国际贸易的发展，集装箱作为一种运输工具被广泛用于各类货物的运输，每天国内各口岸都有大量集装箱入境。然而其中有很多集装箱

中带有各类媒介昆虫，且常携带多种病原体［1，2］

，根

据口岸卫生处理要求，

这些集装箱需要进行卫生处理后才可放行。为此，本研究主要针对目前口岸常用卫生处理用药开展效果评价，以期保证处理方式

持续有效，保障国境口岸卫生安全。1

材料与方法

1．1试虫选用致倦库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊为受试

对象，

均由实验室饲养提供。1．2药剂硫酰氟：纯度99.9%，临海市利民化工

有限公司生产；施药量为12g /m 3
