摘要
为了研究钙对番茄耐弱光特性的调控作用,以番茄(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill)栽培品系W为试材,研究了弱光(25%自然光强)胁迫条件下,钙对番茄叶片钙组分和活性氧代谢的调控作用。实验结果表明:
弱光胁迫下钙降低了番茄叶片中的总钙含量,叶片中H2O-Ca的变化是总钙浓度改变的主要原因,说明水溶钙可能在调节光合方面发挥着重要的作用。在弱光胁迫下钙降低了番茄叶片超氧阴离子的产生速率和MDA含量,提高了SOD活性和POD活性,可见,Ca2+通过提高保护酶活性、降低膜质过氧化水平来提高番茄植株番茄植株弱光耐受性,进一步防止植株弱光伤害。

Abstract
In order to investigate the regulating mechanism of calcium on tomato low light tolerance, leaves of one tomato low light tolerance strain W (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill) were used to study the changes of Calcium components and Metabolism of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in leaves after the tomato were treated by calcium under the 25% nature light intensity .The results were as follows:
Calcium decreased under low light stress of total calcium content in tomato leaves, leaf in H2O - Ca change is a major cause of total calcium concentration change, suggests that water soluble calcium may play an important role in regulating photosynthesis. Under weak light stress calcium reduces the tomato leaf super oxygen anion produce rate and MDA content, improve the SOD activity and POD activity, calcium might increase low light tolerance of tomato and prevent low light damage to the plant by enhancing the activities of some antioxidant enzymes and reducing ROS levels.
