爱迪生在面临无数次失败，却仍不灰心，仍然坚持着，相信一定会成功的信念是我们走向成功之路不可或缺的，我们要学习爱迪生这种挑战失败，战胜失败的。
然而，并不是所有人在失败面前都能如此坦然。
著名文人柳宗元一生也是坎坷的，但他没有做到面对失败，永不服输。
他在被贬官后就意志消沉，寄情于山水中，最终因过度抑郁而英年早逝。
这种态度是不可取的，在失败面前我们不能像柳宗元一样意志消沉，而应积极进取，相信总有一天会成功的。
失败是成功之母，就像钻石这块纯碳一样，即使是面临如此的煎熬仍不放弃，才能闪出最耀眼的光芒。
哪里摔倒就从哪里爬起来，记住，人生道路上无数次失败之后总会有最傲人的成功，要有战胜失败的勇气，就一定能通向成功的彼岸。

各位老师，各位同学，大家好!
在我们现实生活中，每个人都会有成功的经历，也有遇到失败的苦涩，取得成功的时候，脸上露出的时灿烂的笑容;遇到挫折的时候，有的一败涂地，有的是努力奋进，迎难
而上。
对于我们学生来说，应该怎么面对学习和生活的成功和失败呢?
这就引出来我今天要讲的主题————“胜不骄败不馁”。
古人曾说过：“胜者不骄傲，败者不气馁。
”讲的就是这个道理，当你经过自己的一番努力取得成功的时候，决不
可沾沾自喜，骄傲于世，目中无人，而应该总结成功的经验，再接再厉，向更高、更好的
目标而努力奋斗;当你遇到挫折与失败的时候，决不能灰心伤气，破罐子破摔，而应该仔
细检查自己做的事情，从中找出原因，不断总结，就会从一个失败走向成功。
失败并不可怕，可怕的是我们不能从中意识到自己的不足。
我们常说“失败是成功之母”，讲得就是
通往成功的道路上，失败有时也是不可避免的，伟大的发明家爱迪生不就是经过无数次的
失败才走向成功的吗?经历了无数次的失败-成功，在失败在成功，最终发明了电灯。
爱迪
生是这样，雅典奥运会冠军刘翔也是一样，他也是经过了无数次的失败之后才取得了如此
骄人的战绩，实现了亚洲人短跑金牌零的突破，为中国人争了光，也为亚洲人争了光!但
是要从失败中不断汲取教训，多向成功的人士学习，从心理上要认识失败是暂时的，只要
你能调整心态，找出问题的所在，在加上自己的刻苦努力，你一定能取得自己满意的结果。
我们刚刚进行了期中考试，由于各个学生的基础不一样，有的同学通过自己的努力取
得了优异的成绩，而有的同学觉得自己的成绩不理想，没有达到自己的目标。
这样就出现
了两种心态的同学。
考试好的同学会欢欣鼓舞，但绝不可骄傲，还要继续前进;考试暂时
不理性的同学不要悲观失望，查漏补缺，终究会取得优异的成绩。
我想告诉大家的是：考
试只是一种检测手段，通过它反映开学以来你对所学知识的掌握程度，分数的高低只能代
表过去，不能代表将来。
只要你能从考试中分析自己的失败的原因，总结自己的不足之处，相信在以后的考试中你一定会名列前茅的。
在我们的日常学习和生活中，要保持一个良好的心态，做到胜不骄败不馁。

去了，我必须面对这个现实：从失败中总结教训，更加努力，争取在下一场考试中做得更好!也是，人的一生中哪能没有失败，失败仅仅是一个警示自己的标志罢了。
正如我们大
家所说：失败是成功之母。
失败是一种财富，它给我们以教训，并鼓励我们去争取更大的进步;成功也是一种财富，它给我们以激励，并鼓励我们去努力，做得更好。
失败是一盏明亮的灯，它帮助我们认识自己的缺点，并引导我们沿着正确的方向前进;成功也是一盏明亮的灯，它帮助我们看清自己的优、缺点，并照亮我们前进的正确道路。
失败是一种考验，它能锤炼我们的意志，通过无数次的失败，我们就会摆脱弱点，变得更加坚强;成功也是一种考验，它能锻炼我们的能力，通过无数次的成功，我们就会找

成功与失败，这两个紧密相连的词语，带给了我们什么?是成功的喜悦还是失败的酸楚，其实都不是，它们带给我们的是一次挑战自我的经历。
取得最后的成功，失败的经历是必不可少的;有了无数次失败之后的尝试，成功也会向你招手……
朋友们，为了你们自己的梦想而努力吧!请坚信：人生道路上不可能一帆风顺，没有
失败，哪里来的成功?

成功也取决于对待失败的两种心态：有人认为失败
是压力，是压在头上足有千斤重的担子，让人永远都爬不起来。
也有人认为失败是动力，
是推动下一次成功的基础，是迈向成功的阶梯。
每一个人从呱呱落地的那一刻开始，手里有的只是和别人一样的资本。
而当走到生命
的尽头，扮演着的却是社会上各种各样不同的角色。
有的成了富可敌国的富翁，有的却成
了一贫如洗的乞丐;有的成了国家的栋梁之才，有的却做了偷盗，贩毒，走私军火这些罪
恶的勾当-------毕竟，人谁无败?只有不向失败屈服，不向困难低头，拼搏进取的
才算是真正的胜者。
从古至今，我国涌现了许多通过拼搏进取取得辉煌志士仁人玄奘就是一个典型的例子，他那“不取真经不回头的拼搏进取精神，永远留在世人心中。
