回弹法检测混凝土强度计算表
在对建筑物鉴定和加固改造时,构件材料强度的测试是必不可少的项目。
混凝土强度的检测是国内外发展较早的检测项目,也是公认比较成熟的技术。
目前在实际检测实践中采用较多的是回弹法。
使用回弹法检测混凝土强度时,先要对回弹值进行计算,再根据回弹值推算出混凝土的强度。
回弹值的计算
计算测区平均回弹值时,应从测区的16 个回弹值中剔除3 个最大值和3 个最小值,余下的10 个回弹值按下列公式计算:
式中:Rm算值——测区平均回弹值,精确至0.1;Ri——第i个测点的回弹值。
现代技术的数显回弹仪,将该计算方法嵌入数显回弹仪主机内,可自动计算出回弹值。
回弹仪非水平方向检测混凝土浇筑侧面时,应按下列公式修正:

——非水平方向检测时回弹值修正值,按JGJ/T232011的附录表C采用。
回弹仪水平方向检测混凝土浇筑表面或浇筑底面时,应按下列公式修正:
