摘要

固定资产管理是企业管理的重要内容，特别对制造业而言，固定资产管理关系到企业的生存和发展。制造业只有不断提高固定资产管理水平，才能在竞争日益激励的市场中保持优势。企业一味地追求经济效益，却忽视了自身对部分资源的充分利用。而固定资产作为企业最基础的物质资源，它在管理中所产生的一系列问题都应该得到企业的重视，这使得企业在固定资产管理的过程中面临着较大的困难。本文以太重集团的固定资产管理问题分析作为切入点，对其固体资产管理过程中产生的问题的成因进行分析，结合理论联系实际，针对这些问题并提出了企业管理固定资产的有效策略，以提高经济效益为目的，从而实施有效的管理措施，确保企业获得持续的成长和发展。

ABSTRACT

I Fixed assets management is an important part of enterprise management, especially for the manufacturing industry, the management of fixed assets related to the survival and development of enterprises. The manufacturing industry must constantly improve the fixed assets management level, in order

to maintain the advantage in fierce competition in the panies blindly pursue economic benefits, but they ignore their own part of the full use o f the resource. And fixed assets as the most basic material resources, a series of problems in the management of it should be the attention of enterprises, which makes enterprises in the process of fixed assets management in the analysis of facing greater difficulties. The management of fixed assets taking heavy group as a starting point, to analyze the causes of the problems in the process of solid asset management, combining theory with practice, to solve these problems and put forward the effective strategies of enterprise fixed assets management, to improve economic efficiency, in order to implement effective management measures, to ensure that enterprises obtain growth and sustainable development.
