现阶段,中央空调的控制系统还不是很完善,需要我们进一步去优化和改进,而PLC技术的使用,实现了对中央空调系统的有效控制,广泛地运用到中央空调的系统控制中。
1 PLC的控制原理概述1.1 可编程控制器(PLC)的基本组成和传统的继电器控制器相似,可编程控制器同样由三部分组成,即“输入、逻辑、输出”。
可编程控制器的逻辑部分由微处理器和存储器组成,为了保证微处理器的性能,需要使用到大规模的集成电路,微处理器中包含了许多逻辑部件,如继电器、寄存器、定时器等部件,可以帮助用户进行控制。
此外,可编辑控制器在逻辑部件上有了很好的优化,设置了编程语言,使其具有专门的语言和符号。
在可编辑控制器中,对于逻辑部件的使用比较多,而且需要将逻辑部件进行组合才能充分发挥这些部件的作用,使用编辑器进行逻辑部件的组合和编辑,满足控制的要求。
1.2 可编程控制器(PLC)的编程语言完整性是编程语言众多特性中最为基本也是最为重要的特性,可编程控制器正好满足了编程语言完整性的要求,因此PLC技术的运用越来越广泛。
对编程语言的广泛运用,促进控制程序的不断更新,在进行语言编程时,必须依据控制的要求来进行编程的制作。

设计选用一台 PLC 作为核心控制部件,控制井 水泵 的软 起动 ,设备 冷冻 水恒 压供 水和空 调冷 冻水 的变频调速。其中,PLC 选用 Siemens 公司的 s7-200, CPU 选用 S7-222,电源模块一块,数字扩展模块选 用 EM223 24VDC 16 输入/16 输出。共 24 个输入点, 22 个输出点。数字量输入主要有循环泵手/自动运行 方式 的切换 ,循 环水泵 和井 水泵的 手动 启/停操 作和 井水流量反馈。数字输出点用于 19 点继电器输出和 两个 冷冻水 系统故 障报 警和井 水流 量报警 。

一、plc在制冷与空调系统中的应用现状一般来说,plc主要包括编程系统、中央处理器、输入和输出模块,其中中央处理器是控制器的核心部件,包括存储器和芯片cpu两个部分,它在整个系统中负责信息的采集和存储,通过采集到的输入信息来进行操作的控制,再对输出的信息进行刷新,最后把用户的数据和应用程序储存到存储器中。
输入和输出程序,顾名思义就是进行输入以及输出信号的接收和采集工作。
编程装置是针对用户的要求来进行程序的设计,同时负责对控制程序进行检查、修正以及执行情况的监管等。
plc能够通过内部电源的开关给不同的模块提供不同等级的直流电源,在cpu、编程、输入输出三个模块的互相配合下,能够根据不同的控制要求来实现对设备和系统的控制工作。

5.5节能控制模块
控制系统的设计还考虑了室外环境温度、室内负荷变化等 因素,对供冷系统在长期的运行过程中必要的节能措施。在保 证系统正常工作的情况下,以合理分布控制的方式,充分利用 环境温度的变化和冷水机组在恒温停机的时段,关停冷却系统 相应的动力设备,从而达到节能的目的。 系统的节能过程包括:冷冻水泵在冷水机组初始启动后运 行,以及冷水机组到达设定温度停止工作后,冷却塔和冷却水 泵运转30s后停止,所设定的滞后停止时间的目的是将冷凝余 热完伞散发,为冷水机组在下一轮的启动提供良好的条件。在 恒温待机的过程中,冷冻水泵则保持供冷的运行状态。除此之 外,冷却水系统还采用了PID温度调节控制,以检测冷却水的 出水温度来控制冷却塔的启停,在冷却水的出水温度低于25℃ 时,冷却塔风扇电机停止运行,而高于30℃时,冷却塔风扇电机 恢复运行,其作用是稳定冷水机组的冷凝温度和提高冷水机组 的制冷效率。在冷水机组重新启动时,冷却塔和冷却水泵也随 即启动。此动作不断重复,直至PLC接收到关闭信号为止。

2、控制系统介绍烟台荏原空调设备有限公司为一建筑面积2.5万平方米的办公楼提供了一套中央空调系统,该中央空调系统包括1250000kcal/h蒸汽型溴化锂吸收式制冷机3台、吊顶式新风空调器11台、立式空气处理机组18台、风机盘管327台、管道式通风扇180台、消声型管道斜流风机2台、吊顶式空气处理机组32台。
该中央空调系统的全套控制产品采用和利时公司生产的G3系列小型一体化PLC,应用40点的晶体管输出型CPU模块LM3108和其它扩展模块。
2.1系统组成控制系统包括上位机集中监控和各机组本地PLC控制两部分。
上位监控系统由一台计算机和相应的监控软件组成,用于监控各机组的运行参数,并对PLC发出各种控制指令,以控制三台机组的协调运行。
上位组态软件选用和利时公司的组态软件Focsoft3.1,上位机通过RS-485串口与各机组的PLC进行联网。
上位机不仅显示各机组的运行参数及状态,还保存相关历史数据。
'各机组PLC的I/O点数均为DI 20点、DO 20点、AI 14点、AO 1点,PLC在数据采集的基础上对相关设备发出控制指令,控制各机组的安全、经济运行。

根据统计数据显示:传统中央空调的用电量占据整个建筑用电量的60%以上;其中水泵耗电量为整体的20%到40%;由于传统中央空调的控制有极大的延时与过度调节,造成资源的巨大浪费,导致建筑整体的高运营成本,也与国家倡导的节能环保相违背,并且随着大型建筑的增多,更多的建筑内采用中央空调进行建筑内部温度湿度的调节,早期的中央空调系统大多采用继电器、接触器、硬线搭建控制电路完成系统的整体控制,但这种系统存在着诸多的问题,其体积大,成本高,系统复杂,不便于维护保养,几乎不能完成数据处理、通讯、联网控制等问题日渐突出亟待解决。
