厦门市集美区厦工工业园管桁架加工车间厂房设计[中文摘要]本工程为厦门市集美区厦工工业园管桁架加工车间厂房设计。根据毕业设计任务书的要求,分建筑和结构两部分进行设计。
建筑部分,通过查阅《福建省建筑设计标准图籍》等相关资料,将门式刚架厂房设计为12跨,每跨的间距为24m,总的建筑面积为1900m2。该单层门式刚架结构是以轻型焊接H型钢(变截面)作为主要承重骨架,用冷弯薄壁型钢(C型)做檩条、墙梁;以压型钢板做屋面、墙面;采用75mm 玻璃棉作为保温隔热材料并适当设置支撑的一种轻型房屋结构体系。
结构部分,根据已形成的建筑图及其相关要求,查阅《建筑结构荷载规范GB50009-2001》、《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范GB50018-2002》、《钢结构连接节点设计手册》、《房屋建筑钢结构设计》等相关规范和一定量的实际工程设计图,对每榀刚架的最不利荷载进行计算,使用PKPM软件完成刚架的合理截面计算,然后通过设计规范的相关要求,对刚梁、柱、支撑、檩条等构件进行稳定性计算,用AUTOCAD2005分别绘制出设计图。最后,整理计算书并出图。

Part of the building, through the consult" Fujian architectural design standard atlas" and other relevant information, a door type rigid frame workshop design for 12 spans, each span spacing 24m, total floor area is 1900m2. The single door type rigid frame structure with light welding of H steel ( tapered ) as the main load-bearing framework, using cold-formed steel purlin ( type C ) do, wall beams with profiled steel sheet roof; do, wall; adopting the 75mm glass wool as insulation materials with appropriate settings for supporting a light house structure system.
Part of the structure, according to the form of construction graph and its related requirements, refer to the" code for the design of building structures of GB50009 - 2001"," technical code of cold-formed thin-wall steel structures GB50018 - 2002"," connection joints of steel structure design manual"," housing construction steel structure design" and other related specifications and a certain amount of actual engineering design for each frame, two of the most unfavorable load calculation, using PKPM software frame of reasonable cross section calculation, and then through the design code requirements, the rigid beam, column, support, and other components for the stability calculation of purlins, respectively with AUTOCAD2005 drawing design. Finally, finishing the calculation and drawing.
