我觉得这很难得，因为我听过有个四年级的班级，发水果很难顺利进行，都沦陷到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自己小小了，难看了)。

早上下班后我们会花大概40分钟出去买菜，然后回来煮饭，每天都是一点多才吃饭，吃完饭已经可以下去看学生午读了。

洗澡也是一大问题，没有热水器，只能用电热棒煮水。

环境不好不是最大的问题，恶劣的环境反而可以锻炼我的意志，让我学会珍惜我们已拥有的。

二、班主任工作自己并没有实习班主任工作，不过从旁看了些指导老师做的班主任工作。

班主任与学生既要亲切又不能失了尊重与敬畏。

每天早上六点多就得到办公室批作业，到班上陪学生早读。

晚上陪学生自习到九点半。
