外贸单证进出口的单证工作流程
1.采购商与外贸销售商达成交易协议后，首先需要签订销售合同。

a trade agreement, the first step is to sign a sales contract.
2.销售合同签订后，外贸销售商开始安排生产或采购商品。
After the sales contract is signed, the foreign trade salesman begins to arrange the production or purchase of the goods.
3.生产或采购完成后，外贸销售商向采购商提供发票和装箱单。

foreign trade salesman provides the purchaser with an invoice and packing list.
4.采购商收到发票和装箱单后，支付货款给外贸销售商。

5.外贸销售商收到货款后，安排货物装船或装车。
After the foreign trade salesman receives the payment, they arrange for the goods to be shipped or loaded onto trucks.
6.装船或装车后，外贸销售商向采购商提供装运通知单和提单。
After the goods are loaded onto the ship or truck, the foreign trade salesman provides the purchaser with a shipping notice and bill of lading.
7.采购商收到装运通知单和提单后，开始向海关报关。
After the purchaser receives the shipping notice and bill of lading, they begin customs declaration.
8.海关核放通过后，货物出口至目的国。
After customs clearance, the goods are exported to the destination country.
9.货物到达目的国后，采购商通知外贸销售商提供进口商提货单和其他相关单证。
After the goods arrive in the destination country, the purchaser notifies the foreign trade salesman to provide the importer with a delivery order and other relevant documents.
10.外贸销售商提供进口商提货单和其他相关单证后，采购商开始
办理海关进口手续。

11.海关通关后，货物可以交付给采购商。

13.外贸销售商收到采购商的确认函或单证后，交易流程全部结束。
