大学毕业前的实习,我和班里很多同学一样去了学校实习。
就是在这个阶段我的观念渐渐发生了转变,从原来的不想当老师到想要把老师作为自己终生的事业而非谋生的职业来做。
这里我想谈的并非是我的观念如何发生了翻天覆地的变化,而是想就此引出如何当一名好老师的思考。
既然我选择了老师这个职业,我就开始思考如何才能当好一个老师的问题。
记得在培训期间一位老师曾说过,当一个好老师必须做到六点:1.学会学习这里的学习既包括对人的研究,也包括对事的学习。
老师从事的是和人打交道的工作,如果能善于观察、研究、思考,处理好各种人际关系,那么相对来说,这个老师的工作就会做得得心应手些。
2.学会分享与学生分享知识,并且善于表达知识。
同时也应该把自己好的学习方法拿出来与学生分享。
学生在学校里的一个重要目标是学习文化知识,老师不仅要“授之与鱼”,更应该“授之与渔”。
3.学会宽容我觉得这一点也是最难做到的。
这里包含了对人对事的宽容。
老师对优等生有偏爱似乎是理所当然的事,那么能不能分一点给后进生呢或许这样你会得到意想不到的惊喜呢。
