线上教学反思
在“延长的假期”面前，“停课不停学”已经成为“宅家师生”假期生活主流，我们老师成为专业主播。
直播授课对于我来说是第一次，有很多地方需要摸索和尝试。
在这一个多月的主播过程中，对线上教学反思如下：
线上教学的优点：
1.网上授课更有利于整合优秀网络资源，提高内容质量，老师可以利用好网络上的各类优质教育资源，经过筛选后择优推荐，引导学生进行学习，有利于提高学习内容的质量，方便，节省时间。
2. 以学生自主学习为主，学生由被动接受变为主动学习，通过信息技术，充分利用各种学习资源去主动构建知识。
学生将成为知识的探索者和学习过程中真正的认知主体，从按部就班的学到自定步调自定目标的学，有利于学生创新能力的培养。
3. 借助“问卷星”和“每日交作业小程序”布置作业大大提高了作业的批改和统计效率，也节省了很多时间。
线上教学的缺点：
1．教师无法把握学生的听课状态，师生交流互动有限
直播课上我看不到每个学生，无法看到学生的听课状态，不能及时地进行听课效果反馈，也无法对学生进行较好的课堂管理。
另外在直播过程中，我也不能点名提问某个学生问题，了解他的思维状态，只能是学生有疑问了“连麦申请”，而且一次只能连麦一位同学，不能实现小组交流，这样的方式师生之间和生生之间的互动和交流很有限，让我无法很好地把握学生的听课状态去调整授课步调。
2.不能很好地分层教学
学生层次略有不同，平时上课我会有针对性地提问授课内容，现在网络授课连线学生极不方便，不能很好地分层教学，两极分化严重。
3.缺乏师生交流
学生面对没有情感的计算机进行人机交互学习，缺少面授教学中师生间的亲切交流以及同学间的情感交流。
网络传输的只是简单的信息，态度、情绪、感情在传输中所剩无几，长期面对这样非人性的机器，很可能会形成错误的世界观
和机械式的思维方式。
一切没有情感的电子媒体在教育传播中都只是其中一个要素，不可能取代教师和学校。
4．学生学习效率低，时间观念不强
在家毕竟不是在校，学习氛围差，，作业质量不高，手机网络过度使用和依赖等等问题，一定或多或少的出现在每个孩子身上。
今后措施：
1．今后我会更好地利用线上教学方式，扬长避短，面对疫情，我作为教师，好好备课，上好网络直播课，热心细心工作到位，能利用课下或晚自习时间对学生进行个别辅导和心理疏导，使学生能及时调整学习状态，保证学生的学习质量。
2.课下多和学生沟通，让他们紧跟老师步伐，及时认真完成作业，把老师讲得内容内化和吸收，并通过课下有针对性整理笔记，巩固错题举一反三。
3. 鼓励学生充分利用自主学习的时间，充分利用网络资源，针对自己的薄弱学科或没有吃透的知识环节，是否有计划的学习和巩固。
