Participants will be exposed to organizational and system structure for the SAP ERP system and then begin hands on activity utilizing organizational data, master data, and transactional data to execute standard business processes. Examples of business processes can include the Order to Cash (OTC) process, Procure to Pay (PTP), Demand to Supply (DTS), and other core processes of Supply Chain Operations.The SAP System we will use is designed by the SAP University Alliance and is professionally hosted to ensure maximum performance. Participants will each be issued unique SAP UserIDs and Passwords to access the SAP Application and Database real-time, online. This means that each participant will be able to create and maintain their own data and transactions with this environment. Participants will have the opportunity to truly experience the SAP Application live, via this hands on approach, and also see the result of their own actions. They will also have the freedom to explore transacting in SAP beyond the exercises that are included in the workshop to gain valuable experience using SAP’s standard business processes.The instructor will guide students using the following methodology –first reviewingthe transactions contained within the business process, then showing within SAP how to display the required ERP master data and transactional data required for the business process, and finally providing hands on exercises to individually transact in the SAP ERP system to complete the business process.LETTER OF COMPLETIONUpon completion, participants canrequest a letter of completion issued bythe Operations Department.
