The system's temperature control is adopted the PID fuzzy control. During produce procedure, the time constant of the plastics extruding is big, pure delay is long and the coupling is strong. The highly nonlinear of the temperature control process, dynamic state mutability, multi time dimensions, information complexities, the dispersion of sensing component and execution unit and the layering dispersion of the decision agency decide it is hard to use the precise mathematics model token to characterize. 该系统加热器温度控制采用PID模糊控制。在生产实践中, 塑料挤出系统的时间 常数大、纯滞后长、耦合强。温度控制过程所具有的高度非线性、动态突变性、多 时间尺度性、信息复杂性、传感元件与执行元件的分散性以及决策机构的分层分散 性等, 决定了其难以用精确的数学模型来表征[1] 。PID模糊控制的采用能够在控制 过程中根据预先设定好的控制规律不停地自动调整控制量以使被控系统朝着设定的 平衡状态过渡。本系统在加热过程内采样四处温度点作为控制,控制精度基本都在± 3℃以内,增强了系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力,可以很好地满足生产的需要。
本系统采用的是单螺杆挤出机系统。就加工设备和参数选择来说,单螺杆挤出 机由于设备最简单,参数调节也最为方便,且操作简单、易改造、适应性广,因此 该设备具有良好的性能价格比并将得到了最广泛的应用。
塑料挤出系统采用的是以PLC为控制核心的控制系统。本人在对PLC控制系统 与继电器控制系统、计算机控制系统和集散控制系统进行深入的比较,并且根据实际 的要求,决定采用以PLC作为控制核心来设计本控制系统,使控制可以集中管理,维 修维护方便,且价格较低。

摘要
生产出性能优良的塑料丝,不但要正确使用原料,加工设备及工艺参数的选用 也非常关键。实际生产中,受螺杆电机、所加工材料的特性、材料的湿度、机筒温 度、出口压力等诸多因素的影响,塑料制品质量存在一定的不稳定性。
What this system adopts is the machine system of a single screw stem to extrude. In regard to process equipments and parameters to choose, the single screw stem machine to extrude is simple most. The parameter regulate also is the most convenient to set, and simple and easy to reform, is wide in adaptability of operation, so the equipment will get the most extensive application.
Abstract
Producing a plastics silk with good function, not only want the right usage raw material, but also need the process equipments and the craft parameters to choose to use very key. In fact, the produce is subjected to the screw stem electrical motor, the degree of humidity, machine tube temperature, the characteristic of the material process, export the pressure etc. Because of the influence of many factors, unsteadies of the plastics product exists in the quantity.
综合以上内容,本文在分析了目前国内外单螺杆挤出机控制系统设计及发展趋 势,确定了本控制系统的硬件组成:以PLC为核心,完成对挤出机工艺温度和电机速 度的集中控制;以触摸屏实现人机交互,实现对温控过程和速度的监控。温度控制采 用PID模糊算法。

The plastics extruding system is the control system that takes PLC as to control the control system of the core. After the compare between the PLC control system and relay control system, computer control system, DCS control system deeply, and according to actual request, the control system is decided to adopt to take the PLC as control core, which makes the control centralized management, maintain and maintenance convenience, and the price is lower.
