煤矿用刮板输送机设计

摘要：刮板输送机是一种有挠性牵引机构的连续机械。要紧采煤工作面使用。在煤矿下综采工作面中要紧任务是将采煤机采下的原煤连续不断地运往转载机，保证采煤工作面的原煤连续送出。刮板输送机是在井下工作，而且是采煤作业转运煤的第一环节，因此所处工作环境恶劣，任务艰巨，所受损坏作用严峻且众多。刮板输送机在工作中，要承受拉压，弯曲，冲击，摩擦及腐蚀等多种损坏。

国外现在能生产出的刮板输送机一般去向不都能整机无故障过煤600万吨以上，有些甚至已达到1200万吨。而国内生产的刮板输送机不仅总运量低，而且故障频繁，每小时运输率也较国外远逊。

国产刮板输送机的要紧问题是刮板链强度不够，是由于磨损，疲劳，自身质量差，锈蚀等缘故，在链条使用三个月后故障增多。国产机械的连接螺栓可靠性普遍较差，机头机尾的连接螺栓经常出现拉断现象。中部槽由于刮板的磨损以及连接强度不够，严峻阻碍了刮板机的寿命和可靠性。

随着刨煤机和深截式采煤机的出现，刮板机需要向更大运量，更快速运输，更耐用方面进展。其结构应向短机头，大功率，高

链速的中槽部和链条方向改进。其次应使刮板输送机标准化，规

范化，向智能化自动化方向进展，保证同步提高设计和加工质量水平。
