Make Friends With Fresh Air Not only does escaping into the fresh air give you a break from all those germs circulating inside, but going for a stroll can actually boost your immunity. Relaxation Fights Off Colds Being stressed will increase your susceptibility to catching a cold. That may be because, over the long term,it leads to the ongoing release of stress hormones (荷尔蒙),such as glucocorticoids(粮皮质激素).
Clean Hands Are Everything Cold and flu can spread all too easily through touch.Keep your fingers away from your eyes, nose, and mouth as much as possible, and make sure to master the art of handwashing.Soap and water remain your most effective tools there. Enough Sleep Is The Magic Bullet An occasional restless night is nothing to worry about ,but a continuous lack of sleep can hamper your immune(免疫)system's ability to function.Anything short of seven hours nearly triples your odds of catching a cold.

The Olympic Games are not an annual event. According to the routine, it is held every four years.
All athletes feel privileged to take part in the games. They come here not only to seek gold medals but also to challenge themselves. It's true that to win a gold medal means both a large fortune and a great fame.
It goes without saying that every athlete aims to get the best results at all costs. However, some athletes turn to doping, which is absolutely prohibited. As is known to all, doping violates fundamental sports spirit and contradicts people's faith in fair play. So the act of doping cannot be tolerated, and if an athlete wants to achieve success by abusing drugs, his efforts will surely be in vain.
When it comes to winning in sports, teamwork is very important. Meanwhile, every athlete must have faith in himself or herself.

If I were you, I shouldn’t do that.

If everyone in the country knew first aid, many lives would be saved.

If he came tomorrow, we could ask him.

If it should rain, the crop would be saved.

If it were to snow tomorrow, they would not go out.
