摘要

本齿轮室的设计是专一为4105型的柴油机设计的，要想设计出符合要求的齿轮室就有必要对发动机的基础知识有所了解，本设计系统的介绍了，内燃机的发展历史；柴油机的燃料供给系统，进排气系统，润滑系统，冷却系统等的工用及之间的关系；柴油发动机的工作原理，4105发动机的四个冲程的工作过程，工作环境；齿轮室的工用及齿轮室的设计，齿轮室的组成，齿轮室的工作环境，齿轮室盖的设计，曲轴齿轮，柱塞泵齿轮的设计与校核；齿轮室的润滑及密封，润滑的基本知识，齿轮室的润滑油，齿轮室零件的清洗，齿轮室的密封是在以节约材料和空间为前提的，齿轮室采用螺栓连接，中间加密封垫片，为齿轮室内的齿轮润滑提供了可靠保证，避免了润滑油的外泄，也防止外部污尘进入到齿轮室内部。

本齿轮室设计出来后，能够基本满足4105型柴油机的使用条件，在保证柴油机的各大系统能够稳定，高效工作的前提下最大程度的节约制造和维修成本。

ABSTRACT

The gear room is designed specifically for the 4105-type diesel engine design, to meet the requirements of the gear design round the engine room it is necessary to understand the basics.The design of the system introduced, the history of the internal combustion engine; diesel fuel supply system, intake and exhaust systems, lubrication systems, cooling systems, work with and the relationship between ;the diesel engine principle of work , 4105 engine four four-stroke process , working environment;gear room with and gear work room design, gear room composition, gear room working environment ,gear battery-compartment cover design,the crankshaft gear, piston pump gear design and checking; gear room lubrication and sealing,basic knowledge of lubrication, gear room lubricating oil, gear room parts cleaning,the seal is in gear room to save material and space for the premise ,gear chamber adopts bolt connection,add sealing gaskets, for among the internal gear lubrication gear indoor provides reliable guarantee for lubricating oil, avoid the leaked, also prevent external into pollutants gear room ,

This gear room design comes out, can satisfy basically 4105 diesel engine use conditions,during the guarantee of diesel engine each big system can stable, effective work to the greatest extent under the prerequisite of the save manufacturing and maintenance costs.
