Do the related analysis between the uncertainty and nonlinear evaluation results in the end, and find the quantitative relationship between them. From the calculation of grey confidence level between rolling bearing friction toque’s uncertainty and nonlinear, we get the result that the grey confidence level between uncertainty and nonlinear is quite high, all above 80%. There is a certain grey relation between rolling bearing friction torque’s uncertainty and nonlinear.
滚动轴承摩擦力矩概率分布和变化趋势规律都未知,属于乏信息系统。乏信 息理论能够解决小样本或概率分布未知等乏信息类问题,在此用乏信息理论研究 滚动轴承摩擦力矩试验数据的不确定性。其中包括:摩擦力矩的动态波动范围平 均值 Umean,熵等,并对研究结果进行分析,以揭示摩擦力矩的重要性质。研究表 明:动态波动范围平均值 Umean,熵值都随轴承转速的增大而增加。
Probability distribution and changing trend rules of friction torque of rolling bearing is unknown, which belongs to poor information system. Poor information theory can solve these poor information problems, such as small sample or probability distribution unknown, so it is a good way to use poor information theory to research uncertainty of rolling bearing friction torque in the article, including: friction torque’s dynamic fluctuation range average Umean, entropy, and so on, and do deeply analysis on the research results in order to reveal the important characters of the friction torque. Research shows that both dynamic fluctuation range average Umean and entropy go up with the increase of speed.

Because friction torque is affected by different kinds of uncertain factor, the changing trend of the friction torque is random and uncertain. Thus, it is quite difficult to calculate an exact result through the calculation formula. However, Compared with the calculation formula the actual experiment is more close to working condition, and more accurate and scientific. So we use the actual experiment to get test data of friction torque. Testing program is as follows: First do friction torque experiment with KAT and KBT the two types of rolling bearings at three different kinds of speeds, and then collect experimental data. At last, analyze carefully the uncertainty and nonlinear of the test data.

摘要
摩擦力矩是滚动轴承重要的性能参量,滚动轴承的一些重要的性能指标如运 转平稳度和精确度都受其影响。而一些特殊用途的轴承像卫星轴承、火箭轴承、 飞行器轴承、风力发电轴承等对摩擦力矩的要求更高。几乎所有的机械产品都用 到轴承,其质量性能的提高对整体机械性能产生重要影响,为了设计出优质的轴 承,所以必须对摩擦力矩进行深入的研究。
最后对不确定性和非线性评价结果进行灰关联分析,找出它们之间的量化关 系。通过对滚动轴承摩擦力矩不确定性和非线性的灰置信水平计算,可以得出: 从总体上,不确定性和非线性的灰置信水平比较高,都在 80%以上。滚动轴承摩 擦力矩的不确定性和非线性之间有着确定的灰关系。

ABSTRACT
Friction torque is one key performance parameter of a rolling bearing. Some important functions of the rolling bearing, such as rotating stability and precision are affected by it. However, some special bearings, such as satellite bearing, rocket bearing, aircraft bearing and wind power bearing require higher quality of the friction torque. As we know, almost all the mechanical products need to use bearing. Therefore, the improvement of bearing’s quality has an important effect on the whole mechanical performance. In order to design bearings with higher quality, more research must be done on the friction torque.
滚动轴承由于受各种不确定因素的影响,其摩擦力矩呈现出一种随机的、非 稳定的变化趋势,运用计算公式很难精确计算,而实际试验比较接近于工况条 件,相对比较科学,所以本文采用实际试验来获得摩擦力矩的试验数据。试验方 案是对 KAT 和 KBT 两种型号的滚动轴承在三种转速下进行摩擦力矩试验。在专 用的试验仪器上采集摩擦力矩的时域信息,并对试验数据进行不确定性和非线性 分析。
摩擦力矩受一些非线性因素的影响,所以滚动轴承摩擦力矩呈现非线性,混 沌理论能够很好的解决非线性问题,用混沌理论计算试验数据最大 Lyapunov 指 数大于 0,这表明滚动轴承摩擦力矩是混沌的,在此基础上研究其非线性量化参 数关联维数以及盒维数,以用来分析滚动轴承摩擦力矩的非线性动力学问题。研 究表明:关联维数具有饱和现象,这同样也可以判别出其试验数据是混沌的。另 外,关联维数和盒维数也随轴承转速的增大而增加。
Elementary theories and methods studied by this paper are of versatility and feasibility. Poor information theory and chaos theory accord with rolling bearing’s uncertainty and nonlinear characters. The analysis of friction torque experimental data can establish a further foundation to rolling bearing’s uncertainty and nonlinear characters. It is more important to improve bearing’s life span, precision and so on.

Nonlinear factor affect friction torque, so rolling bearing friction torque is nonlinear. Chaos theory can solve this kind of nonlinear problem, so chaos theory can be used to research it. If the calculated max Lyapunov index is more than zero, it proves that rolling bearing friction torque system is chaotic. On that basis, nonlinear parameters including correlation dimension and box dimension are researched in order to analyze rolling bearing friction torque’s nonlinear dynamics problems. Research shows: correlation dimension presents saturation phenomenon, and this can also distinguish that friction is chaotic. Besides, correction dimension and box dimension also go up with the increase of speed.
