ThreepassionsinmylifeThree passions in my lifeThree passions, indispensable and wisely necessary, have ruled my life: the supporting from my family, the longing for reading, and the hope for the future. These passions, like a shiny star, have guided me through the most darkness of my life, have shown me the most fantastic starry night, and have touched me right here in my heart.First, I have sought support, because it helps me stand up. Being an outstanding person is not easy without the support from family as I suppose, because firstly as a green plant requires land with nutrition so that she can grow well, the family that supports me is exactly like the land with nutrition, the air with oxygen, the sun with warmth and energy. I have sought it, next, because it makes me feel loved and diminish my loneliness and my fear of the strange world. Whenever I feel scared and find nowhere to go, it's my family that holds me warm and being strong. I have sought it, last but not least, because in the deep field of my mind, I feel my family and I are associated. I would never say no to love my family back and support them when they need me or I will feel lose of something in the deep side of my heart.Second, with the support of my family, I feel like I have a boat to sail in an unknown sea and look for the saint in the world. I have wished to find a saint so that I can sit next to him, talk to him, and feel the joyful spirit in the universe. I do find a Saint, but not just one. They sometimes swim in the sea, sometimes walk on the earth and sometimes fly in the sky. When they swim in the sea, I can chase them to the end of the world and experience themost breathtaking things in the sea like Hemingway. When they walk on the earth, I can follow them to the highest mountain in the world like Jon Krakauer. When they fly in the sky, I can watch them how to light the stars for people like Edison. Saints are intensely close to us when you feel the joyfulness for reading. When it comes to reading, it's not just about reading books but about watching people, going back to nature and appreciating the truth in the universe. Through reading, I have reached for the most attractive and implicational star.Last but not least, so far as support and reading is essential, it stimulates me to have a better understanding of the world. Nonetheless the hope of the future is leading me to a better world of my own self. Distinction, confidence and determination are essential to the hope for the future. Facing obstacles ahead of me, I won’t never flee in panic. Without the hope for the future, I can't find the happiness of being alive. Just as the sunflower believes the sun will rise up tomorrow, so do I have the hope for the future. This has been part of my life and will be the rest of my life. I have found it worth trying experiencing the world, and would definitely try it harder to live better if I have cognized better about my life.。

Three PassionsBertrand RussellThree passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course over a deep ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair.I have sought love, first, because it brings ecstasy-ecstasy so great that I would often have sacrificed all the rest of my life for a few hours for this joy. I have sought it, next, because it relieves loneliness-that terrible loneliness in which one shivering consciousness looks over the rim of the world into the cold unfathomable lifeless abyss. I have sought it, finally, because in the union of love I have seen, in a mystic miniature, the prefiguring vision of the heaven that saints and poets have imagined. This is what I sought, and though it might seem too good for human life, this iswhat-at last-I have found. With equal passion I have sought knowledge. I have wished to understand the hearts of men. I have wished to know why the stars shine...A little of this, but not much, I have achieved.Love and knowledge, so far as they were possible, led upward toward the heavens. But always pity brought me back to earth. Echoes of cries of pain reverberate in my heart. Children in famine, victims tortured by oppressors, helpless old people a hated burden to their sons, and the whole world of loneliness, poverty, and pain make a mockery of what human life should be. I long to alleviate the evil, but I cannot, and I too suffer. This has been my life. I have found it worth living, and would gladly live it again if the chance were offered me.。

《Three passions》(吾之三愿)描述作者简单纯朴的三个愿望:爱情、知识、悲悯人类苦难。

Three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, have governed my life: the longing for love, the search for knowledge, and unbearable pity for the suffering of mankind. These passions, like great winds, have blown me hither and thither, in a wayward course over a deep ocean of anguish, reaching to the very verge of despair.吾生三愿,纯朴却激越:一曰渴望爱情,二曰求索知识,三曰悲悯吾类之无尽苦难。

此三愿,如疾风,迫吾无助飘零于苦水深海之上,直达绝望之彼岸。

I have sought love, first, because it brings ecstasy—ecstasy so great that I would often have sacrificed all the rest of my life for a few hours for this joy. I have sought it, next, because it relieves loneliness—that terrible loneliness in which one shivering consciousness looks over the rim of the world into the cold unfathomable lifeless abyss. I have sought it, finally, because in the union of love I have seen, in a mystic miniature, the prefiguring vision of the heaven that saints and poets have imagined. This is what I sought, and though it might seem too good for human life, this is what—at last—I have found.

Three PassionsI have three passions in life: learning, helping others, and cooking.Learning is my first passion. I have always been fascinated with learning new things and exploring the world around me. I remember the first time I heard about algebra in school and I was so excited to get started on learning about it. I love to read books and articles, watch videos, and take classes to help me gain knowledge. I even go out of my way to teach myself about topics that aren’t necessarily taught in school. I believe that knowledge is power and I strive to be the best version of myself by being well informed.Helping others is my second passion. To me, the greatest joy you can experience in life is watching someone else smile.I volunteer at a local homeless shelter and I am always amazed by the strength of those around me. I love being able to provide assistance and support in whatever way I can. I’m also a big advocate of mental health and I always try to lend an ear to those who need it. There is no greater feeling than watching someone you have helped get back on their feet.My third passion is cooking. I find it incrediblytherapeutic to be in the kitchen, creating delicious dishes with fresh ingredients. I love to experiment with different flavors and techniques. I also appreciate the fact that food brings people together. Cooking for friends and family is one of my favorite things to do.These three passions have guided my life and shaped who I am today. They drive me to strive for greater things and to push myself to my limits. I’m forever thankful for them.。

As a human being, we all have our own passions that drive us to achieve our goals and live a fulfilling life. In my case, I have three passions that are very dear to me: writing, cooking, and traveling. These passions have helped me to grow as a person and have given me a sense of purpose and direction in life.Writing has been a passion of mine since I was a child.I have always been fascinated by the power of words and how they can be used to express our thoughts and emotions. I love to write stories, poems, and essays that reflect my innermost thoughts and feelings. Writing has helped me to develop my creativity and imagination, and it has given me a way to express myself in a way that is unique and personal.Cooking is another passion that I have developed overthe years. I love to experiment with different ingredients and flavors, and I enjoy the challenge of creating new and exciting dishes. Cooking has taught me the importance of patience, attention to detail, and the joy of sharing food with others. I believe that food is not just nourishment for the body, but also for the soul, and I take great pleasure in preparing meals that bring people together. Finally, traveling is a passion that has opened up a whole new world for me. I love to explore new places, meet new people, and experience different cultures. Traveling has taught me to be open-minded, adaptable, and to appreciate the beauty of diversity. It has also given me a sense of adventure and a desire to learn more about the world around me.In conclusion, my three passions have helped me to become the person I am today. They have taught me valuable lessons about creativity, patience, and open-mindedness, and they have given me a sense of purpose and direction in life. I believe that pursuing our passions is one of the keys to a happy and fulfilling life, and I encourageeveryone to find their own passions and pursue them with enthusiasm and dedication.。

Three Passions

Three Passions

Three Passions That Have Influenced My Life From birth, we and their parents have blood thicker than water affection;Slowly when we grow up, into a modest young or gentle girl, and will meet love; Growing up in the way of life, in addition to family, love, we will meet friendship. Emotion is inseparable from people. I think nothing can affect my life more than affection, love and friendship. The strength of kinship comes from blood, invisible, but deep in the bone marrow, no matter how ruthless attack is difficult to cut off connected. So, what is kinship? Affection for the feelings have righteousness for people, is a simple emotion, without any secular elements, plain in getting along well, the Chinese show the truth in danger. For most people, family ties are still the most important part of life, and everyone may have their own interpretation of family ties. Drifter said, the family is a wisp of constant homesickness, no matter how far away is always the heart of the most missing place. Lonely people say, the family is a song floating in the night sky, gently and, will be able to get the comfort of the soul. The cold people say, the family is a warm sun in the winter, so that the hungry and cold people feel the incomparable warmth. Thirsty people say, the family is a boundless barren in the spring, so that desperate people regain the hope of life. Affection brings us warmth, company and love. When we grow into young girl or humble young man, we will encounter love again. Love is beautiful in the eyes of most people. Love brings us sweet, sour, bitter, spicy. In love we slowly grow, slowly learn to tolerate, slowly learn how tolove a person. Love makes us better.Even if many years have passed, we will remember what love used to be like. Love let us see once young frivolous. Beautiful love is looking forward to!In addition to family affection, love, the most can affect my life is probably the friendship. There is a good saying: love is precious, friendship is more valuable. Sometimes love is beautiful but very short, but the true friendship can accompany you for a lifetime. A best friend is someone who understands your stress, understands the responsibilities on your shoulders, and silently cheers you on in his heart. Even if you don't have the chance to have a long, late-night talk, but knowing that you are sad, she will drop everything to accompany you, protect you. A true friend, long time no contact, but will help you; A true friend, for a long time do not contact, but the most understand you; True friends, for a long time do not contact, but will miss you.Affection, love, friendship can not leave me, at the same time I can not leave these three Passions.。

Passions in my lifeThree passions, simple and overwhelmingly strong have governed my life: perseverance to follow my heart, happiness of people around me and pity for poor action force. These passions, like catalysts, have encouraged me, in adversity, over countless difficulties, or in prosperity, over conceit and complacency, reaching farther future.l have sought perseverance to follow my heart, first, because it makes me feel at ease and justified and keeps me away from guilt, which l hope most in my life. l have sought it, next, because it gives me motivation to do my best. After all, few people are willing to wear themselves out for something making them upset. l have sought it, finally, because it is something making who l am. To some extent, betraying it is equal to giving up myself. This is what l sought, and though it seems difficult to achieve in this restless society. With equal passion l have sought happiness of people around me. l have wished to see them laughing with relaxed heart. l havet ried to solve people’s annoyance, though it’s really a mission impossible.Perseverance to follow my heart and happiness of people around me, as far as possible, led upward toward the heavens. This is what I sought, and though it might seem too good for human life, this is what---at last---I have found.
With equal passion I have sought knowledge. I have wished to understand the hearts of men. I have wished to know why the stars shine. And I have tried to apprehend the Pythagorean power by which number holds sway above the flux.
A little of this, but not much, I have achieved.
Love and knowledge, so far as they were possible, led upward toward the heavens. But always pity brought me back to earth. Echoes of cries of pain reverberate in my heart. Children in famine, victims tortured by oppressors, helpless old people a hated burden to their sons, and the whole world
of loneliness, poverty, and pain make a mockery of what human life should be. I long to alleviate the evil, but I can’t, and I too suffer.
This has been my life. I have found it worth living, and would gladly live it again if the chance were offered me.
