2.现场操作:中餐宴会摆台主要考察选手操作的熟练性、规范性、实用性、观赏性。

3.专业理论测试(口试):主要考察选手的专业理论基础知识、综合分析及服务应对能力。

每位选手须回答专业理论6道题,其中客观题、简答题、应变题各2道。

4.专业英语测试(口试):主要考察选手对客户服务的英语口语表达能力,每位选手需回答6道题,其中中译英、英译中、情景对话题各2道。

二、竞赛方式个人赛。

各代表队限报2名选手,每名选手限1名指导教师。

竞赛流程:现场操作(含仪容仪表展示)比赛→专业理论测试(口试)→专业英语测试(口试)。

1.现场操作:每组6名选手同时进行比赛,内容包括仪表仪容展示、中餐宴会摆台、餐巾折花和拉椅让座。

参赛选手按照参赛时段提前15分钟检录进入比赛场地,按组别向裁判进行仪容仪表展示,时间1分钟。

比赛顺序采取抽签的方式确定。

2.专业理论测试和专业英语测试:采用考官与选手问答的形式。

每位选手考试时间约为6分钟,专业理论测试和专业英语测试各3分钟。

选手按抽签序号依次参赛。

三、竞赛时量仪容仪表展示时间1分钟;现场操作时间18分钟;专业理论测试和专业英语测试各3分钟。

四、名次确定办法1.总分100分,其中仪表仪容10分,客房专业理论测试和专业英语测试20分,现场操作70分。

2.现场操作部分由三位评委进行评判,以三位评委给选手打分的算术平均分作为现场操作部分得分。

专业理论测试和专业英语测试由两位评委分别进行评判,分别直接打出每位选手的得分。

3.竞赛名次原则上按照选手得分高低排序。
