Not every mistake in the classroom must to be corrected quickly and firmly. It’s know to us, everyone will make mistakes and some good ideas comes from the mistakes. If every mistake must to be corrected quickly and firmly, it will kill the creativity of children. A good teacher is willing to encourage child to divergent thinking(发散思维)，and there will be a relaxed classroom.

4.If the teacher creates a relaxed classroom, with lots of laughter,

that means he or she cannot control the classroom.

It proves that the teacher develops warm relationships with students. The teacher has a relaxed classroom. The children will have a happily learning. It’s good for children to express their ideas.

I do not agree with this view, I think the students will be mutual trust, and help solve the error. Men are not saints, making mistakes is unavoidable, should not laugh at, failure is the mother of success, to solve a mistake, we can win a step closer.

parents will think their children are not working hard enough .

在传统观念里面，严师出高徒，大部分家长可能会认为老师要对学生更加严厉，学生才能够学得更好，为学习付出更多的努力。但是近年来，不少家长的观念也逐渐改变，一个轻松的学习氛围也可以让学生学习更加愉快，学习更加高效。
