一、引言高年级大学英语长期以来受大学英语六级考试指导，但蔡基刚(2019)认为，四六级考试本质上兼具全国高校英语统考和英语学业性考试的性质，导致高校英语教学趋于应试化，学生英语综合能力进步缓慢，“甚至严重影响了大学英语提出更高的要求”。
雅思官方白皮书显示2017年，中国大陆地区高等院校学术类雅思在听说读写各单项平均分差别较大(满分各9分)，其中阅读平均分最高(6.13分)，随后是听力(5.79分)、写作(5.32分)、口语(5.22分)，由此可见我国高校学生的输出型和输入型技能相差了2个梯队(0.5分为一个梯队)。

北京英语水平考试第二级包含三份试卷：
试卷一：阅读与写作（1小时30分钟）
其中，阅读试卷包含5个部分，共有35个问题。
考试题型包括：多项选择（考生需要从3或4个选项中选出一个正确答案）、完型
填空、正误判断和多项配对。
写作试卷包含3个部分：句型转换、35-45词的短信息撰写和
100词的较长的书信或故事撰写。
试卷二：听力（35分钟，其中包含6分钟誊抄答案时间）
听力试卷包含4个部分。
每部分录音都将播放两遍。
考生需要在听录音的同时回答问题，并利用最后6分钟的时间把答案抄写到答
题卡上。
试卷三：口语（每组考生10-12分钟）
口语考试的标准形式是两名考生和两名考官。

很的不同，也就是，考生将很难靠应试技巧去通过这项考试，而要
通过考试，就要靠实力。
那么，对于备考，考生到底该从何入手呢？
听力：
每天花很多时间盲目地去听是没用的，在备考中同学们应该有目的、有计划、有选择、有策略的去听，也就是四有原则。
所谓"有目的"就是指针对具体的题型来练习。
BETS个级别的听
力题型基本都是固定的。
我们可以逐个地将各个题型的题目拿来练习，也就是选一段日子来专攻一个题型，并且把这段时间学习的经
验总结，把错题也分析总结。
"有计划"和"有目的"是相辅相成的。
"有计划"就是自己根据自己的情况来决定攻克一个题型的周期。
有计划也是指每天循序渐进的
做练习。
每天保持半小时的训练比较好，这样比较容易坚持，而且
效果好，半小时的时间也于考试的时间相适宜，可以培养考试状态。
"有选择"即不要什么都听。
首先要量体裁衣，接着再逐渐提高难度。
比如同学们选择一些简单的、有点娱乐性的听力材料：如：
《英语九百句》或者《迪士尼学英语》。
也可以选择《新概念英语》一二册。
平时也可以听些英文流行歌曲或看英语动画片作为休闲，
这有助于在潜移默化中培养语感。
"有策略"是比较重要的环节，它讲究的是方法和效率。
首先，同学们要学会泛听和精听的结合。
在我们听力练习的计划中要适当的
安排泛听和精听，针对不同的题型我们也要采取不同的听的方式。
例如，对于会考到细节题的短文，我们要精听；对于考主题的文章
我们就泛听。
当然，"策略"还包括许多学习的小窍门。
比如我们在
听短文时，心里要怀着"what,who,which,when,where,why,how"，也
就是七个"W"来听，就能很快掌握大意。
