Compact well and rub down. Pay attention to the arrangement of expansion and construction joints. Observe normal curing practice.When no curing compound is available at site, curing may be done by spraying the surface with SikaLatex solution (1 part SikaLatex to 1 part water) as soon as the mortar has started to harden. 一、产品介绍

elastomeric concrete headers.The CWG elastomeric concrete combined with SikaSil728RCS creates an impact absorbing header that bonds to the deck making for a watertight system.SikSil728RCS is a self-leveling,two component,very rapid cure,ultra low modulus elastomeric,neutral cure silicone sealant.Exceeds the requirements of ASTM C-920Type M,Grade P,Class100/e T,M,G,A,O:TT S-00227E,Type I,and various AASHTO reports and State DOT approvals.Detail SketchCWG Surface Preparation for Elastomeric Headers:∙Method of Cleaning.-Saw cut or hammer the perimeter of the repair site back to sound concrete,using abrasive blasting remove loose concrete,debris,dirt,anddust using a minimum150psi continuously dry compressed air.Wet saw cut isNOT recommended unless sufficient time for drying is proceeding with the repair.Put on the mixing tube and test a small amount of the product in a container for set time,if both checks are ok,begin flooding the pre-placed pea stone aggregate with the product.Monitor the even dispensing of Part A and Part B by occasionally checking the levels in the clear plastic Roklin drums.∙Completely seal any voids or cracks in the repair site where liquid could leak through by making a paste out of the mixed liquid using sandblast grit,place in areas of concern and allow to set for10minutes before placing the pea stone aggregate.There is no need to prime the repair surface first.For repairs deeper than3”place the pea stone and product in lifts up to3”.∙To avoid excessive use of topping sand,fill the repair site to within¼”of the deck surface with pea stone and level out.Start immersing the pea stone from the highside to the low side to avoid ponding on the low side.Sprinkle topping sand to grade,flush with the deck surface which will provide skid resistance.∙For topping sand use top rock or bagged US Silica washed and dried coarse sand and add to refusal.∙Grind to a45degree bevel the corners of the headers at the Joint Seal opening to avoid header edge being chipped by traffic plows.Note:Concrete Welder Gray can typically be ready for traffic in about20minutes at70 degrees F.with the cure faster in warmer temperatures 一、抗渗防裂基本原理SP-EA.C.Ⅱ膨胀剂掺入混凝土中水化生成膨胀结晶体(钙矾石),起到填充、堵赛毛细孔道的作用,是混凝土中的总孔隙率下降,提高了混凝土的密实度,在限制条件下,产生膨胀能为0.2-0.7MPa的预压盈利,可抵消干缩时产生的全部或大部分拉应力,同时推迟了收缩进程,从而有效的防治和减少收缩裂缝的出现,达到抗裂、防渗的目的。

Si se quita la pistolasin limpiarse con Sika® Boom® Limpiador, la espuma puede endurecer y provocarel mal funcionamiento posterior de la pistola. La manera más segura es mantenerel Sika Boom®- 400 Fire colocado en la pistola hasta que esté completamentevacío el aerosol.Aplicación manual Agitar enérgicamente el envase antes de su uso durante mínimo 20 segundos.Volver a agitar cuando se interrumpa la aplicación durante un largo periodo detiempo. 1.西卡Sikaflex-11FC作为高性能、触变性粘结剂和具有弹性的硬性连接密封胶在全世界广泛使用。

+5°C 至 +40°C阴凉干燥条件储存下,原装密封,保质期为自生列顺序进行搅拌: 砂——水泥——Intraplast®-Z——水 对于预应力混凝土灌浆,可用通常的机械方法分批搅拌,搅拌时间共为 4 分钟。水灰 比在 0.40-0.50 时,效果令人满意 。通常最合适的混合顺序是: 水——水泥——Intraplast®-Z
水泥重量的 1-2%( 每 50kg 水泥加入 0.5-1.0kg 的 Intraplast®-Z)
在灌浆搅拌 15 分钟内进行灌注以更好地利用其膨胀过程。使用常规方法进行灌注或泵 送的灌浆料应确保其连续流动。 对预应力施工时,建议不要加砂。
养护 重要事项
灌注好之后所有暴露的区域应用西卡公司的养护剂系列或湿粗麻布进行养护。 Intraplast®-Z 是专业技术人员在预应力和灌浆领域内使用的一种重要产品。 注射浆的性能可能明显会受到搅拌流程、水泥性能、水、砂以及温度的影响。 对于重要施工,必需先进行现场试验来确定最合适的流程。 含粉煤灰的水泥可能表现出相对较小的膨胀。
清洁 安全预防
完工后立即用水清洗所有工具和设备。
施工时穿戴手套和护目镜。如果与皮肤接触,用肥皂和水彻底清洗。如果碰到眼睛或 粘膜,立即用大量的水冲洗,并寻求药物治疗,不能耽误。使用时要有良好的通风。 更多信息,参见我们的化学安全数据表(可申请获取)。
