Which kind of people should companies employ?

Some companies like to employ older and experienced people. But if I was a boss, I like to employ the younger and more enthusiastic people, because older people’s experience is often out-of-date. Perhaps, employing these people is favorable to enterprise’s developments in a short time; however, from a long-term, their experience is not enough.

The younger people are more enthusiastic, and they are eager to learn, and they accept the new things quickly and have strong adaptability. With the new situation of open policy, they can easily master the law of the modern business management and the moving of market economic; moreover, they are young and capable, so they will raise enterprise’s working efficiency greatly and strengthen its vitality and competition.

Accordingly, I would employ younger and more enthusiastic people rather than the older ones, even though they are experienced.

Some people tend to work only for money, while I believe that people should enjoy what they do.

To tell the truth, money is important in our daily life, and it is everyone’s right that they get pay from working; but working only for making money is narrow-minded and selfish. As one from the society, we should think about what we do for the society when we enjoy the favors that the society’s progressing brings us.

In addition, we are really tired if we only work for money. Money is external things; and how much can satisfy us? I believe that our life can be enriched. I hope that everybody has work and food. And our spirit can be satisfied by working. Isn’t it a pleasure that we enjoy what we do? Topic 32
