薪酬管理已成为各国企业人力资源管理的重要环节,对企业的竞争能力有巨大影响。随着人们各方面生活水平的提高,薪酬管理专家、学者开始探讨如何尊重和满足员工的其他需要,极大的调动员工的积极性的课题,也丰富了现代企业的薪酬管理的内涵。目前,我国许多企业的薪酬制度不适合企业经营和劳动力市场的发展。薪酬管理的内容、管理模式、管理方法等方面都获得了很大改进,但受传统薪酬管理的影响,我国在薪酬管理上仍遇到大量问题,找出揭露问题,分析问题,在分析过程要纠正偏差,修正其中的错误,正确的有益于企业的健康快速发展。

本文通过对薪酬管理基本理论的解析,分析了我国企业薪酬管理中存在的问题及原因,针对这些问题提出了相关对策,对管理进行产生极为广泛的影响。管理学环境也中环境因素也是复杂多变的,企业薪酬也随着管理实践的也向前快速发展,影响着企业薪酬管理基本理念和基本风格变迁,也丰富了多彩的管理方法和技术体现出理论的精髓。

基于薪酬理论,结合指标权重的确定方法—DELPHI法(专家评定法)的预测步骤及层次分析法(AHP法)的发展历程和确定权重的方法步骤的理论综述,重点运用层次分析法,以A911公司

为对象结合公司薪酬管理现状。

论文对国内外薪酬管理理论进行了深入的研究,对A91公司目前的薪酬管理现状进行了分析。采用文献查阅、实地调研等方法对目前该公司的薪酬管理进行研究。

Abstract

Salary management has become a national enterprise human resources management is an important part of the competitive power of enterprises have great influence. As people living standard to improve every aspect of the salary administration, experts, scholars began to explore how to respect and meet the needs of other employees, arouse the enthusiasm of the employees of the topic, also abounded the modern enterprise salary management connotation. At present, many enterprises compensation system for enterprise management and labor market development. Salary management content and mode of management, management methods are obtained very big improvement, but the traditional salary management in China,

the influence of the salary administration still encounter problems, find out problems, problem analysis revealed that in the process of analysis to correct an error correction, the benefit of enterprise, right healthy development.

Based on the basic theory of salary management, analyses the enterprise's salary management, the existing problems and reasons, aiming at these problems, and puts forward the related countermeasures to control the effect produced very extensive. Management environment of environmental factors is complex, the enterprise salary with management practice and fast development, the influence on enterprise's salary management basic concept and basic style, rich and colorful change management method and technique reflects the essence of theory.
