听力的认知规律告诉我们听能是由听音辨音能力、预测能力、获取特定信息能力、抓主旨大意能力、推测能力、猜意能力、识记能力等一系列技能技巧构成的，要使这一复杂过程得以在瞬间完成，并持续不断地进行下去，教学中我们必须在充分认识这些规律的基础上，研究听的技巧与训练方法，探索提高听力水平的途径。
教学中，我从以下几个方面对学生进行听力训练。
一．预期听能训练：预期能力要求学生在听前推测，在听时捕捉话语中出现的关键信息。
学生拿到试卷后要快速浏览材料，依据词法、句法、等语法结构，语调、重音等语音知识以及语意标志语、上下文等篇章结构技巧，从卷面上快速捕捉关键信息，理解话语的主旨，并且在整体把握的基础上进一步捕捉细节，做到听录音时胸中有数。
有的放矢，不打无准备之仗。
