哎呀呀,说起炖猪蹄,那可真是让我印象深刻呀!
有一次,我特别想吃炖猪蹄,于是就兴致勃勃地去市场买猪蹄。
到了卖肉的摊位前,我左挑右选,好不容易选中了几个白白胖胖的猪蹄,看着就觉得它们肯定能炖出美味来。
我开开心心地拎着猪蹄回家,一路上还想象着炖好后的香喷喷的样子。
回到家,我就开始准备大显身手啦!先把猪蹄洗得干干净净的,那猪蹄滑溜溜的,洗的时候还差点从手里溜走呢。
然后就开始焯水,看着猪蹄在锅里翻滚,我心里别提多高兴了。

红烧猪蹄是我们家著名的风味小吃,也是我的最爱。
红烧猪蹄味道特别好,看向更让人拍案叫绝,垂延三尺。
红烧猪蹄分为三层:猪蹄肉、猪蹄皮、猪蹄骨。
个个色香味俱全。
只见刚出炉的猪蹄,下面一层金黄得油,猪蹄也并不例外。
猪蹄肉一块一块的,边上涂满油,像一个鸭脖,肉一圈一圈的,像一棵树的年轮,可这不是无谓的,吃起来,让人有一种进入仙境的感觉,猪蹄皮是最外层,从远处看闪着光,近处看更是赞不绝口,吃起来更不用说,润滑顺口,吃猪蹄皮就跟吃意大利拉面一吸,猪皮就进嘴了。
对了,还听说“吃猪皮皮肤好。
”猪蹄骨虽然没肉没有皮,但味道依旧,还是那么香,那么甜,那么润。
怎样,猪蹄好吃吗?听了,都流口水了吧。
这让人垂涎三尺、赞不绝口的猪蹄其实也是很好烧的:首先把准备工作做完,将猪蹄切成小块,再准备好水、盐、香油、黄酒、白糖、八角和辣椒角。
