中国心理学是由西方传入的,但是西方心理学传入中国之前,中 国早就有了心理学、医学心理学和心理健康教育的思想。早在 4600年前的《黄帝内经》,是我国现存最早的医学典籍之一, 从它所含的医学心理学思想和健康心理学思想便可见中国古代 医学心理学思想和健康心理学思想的丰富。 ➢ 首先,在病理心理学思想方面,认为发病因素是多种多样的, 其中包括情绪和意志异常的心理因素。“喜怒不节,寒暑过度, 生乃不固”,也就是说,情绪或意志波动过于激烈或持续过久, 会使脏腑功能失常,气机发生紊乱而致病。
