Dear Delegate: The International Conference of GIS and Remote Sensing (遥感) in Hydrology (水文学)， Water Resources and Environment [ICGRHWE] will be held atthe Three Gorges Dam construction site (施工现场)，China from September 16 to 19, 2003. The Ministry of Water Resources (水利部) of China, the International Association of Hydrologic Science (国际水文学联合会)， and more than 10 international and national organizations will sponsor this conference.
