常与现在进行时态连用的词有:now, at the moment, listen,look等。 如：What are you doing now?

2.以不发音e结尾的动词，去掉e再加ing 如:write ---writing ; make--- making ; ride--riding ; take---taking
3.以辅音字母+元音字母+辅音字母(辅元辅）结尾 的重读闭音节结尾的动词，双写末尾的辅音字 母再加ing
例如:sit---sitting ; swim---swimming ; put--- putting ; run--- running；
