通过仪器一侧电源开关开启仪器, 开启后,系统自检同时 LED 指示灯闪烁。 按下 Start/Stop 按键或 On/Off 键开启各项功能。 通过 和 按键更改设定值。
加热设定
仪器开启后,屏幕显示温度的实际数值。 按下 ④ 键开始或停止加热功能,使用 Temperature up/down 键更改温度设置,操作过程中,每次上升或下降 0.1℃。 设定值每隔约 5 秒钟刷新一次并显示 2 秒。 注意: 只有仪器上盖关闭,加热功能才能开启;当上盖开启时,仪 器自动关闭振荡功能和加热功能。

一、概述6-S摇床属于重力选矿设备,由平面溜槽发展而来,以其不对称往复运动为特征而自成体系。
适于选别 2-0.037 毫米矿砂及矿泥级别的金、钨、锡、钽、铁、锰、铬、钛、铋、铅等有色、黑色、稀贵金属矿物,选别4-0.037毫米的硫铁矿;适当改换床条形式后可选别末煤和煤泥,独居石,金红石等非金属,以及分选其他具有足够比重差及粒度组成合适的混合物料。
摇床的选矿过程是在具有来复条的倾斜床面上进行的,矿粒群从床面上角的给矿槽送入,同时由给水槽供给横向冲洗水,于是矿粒在重力,横向流水冲力,床面作往复不对称运动所产生的惯性和摩擦力的作用下,按比重和粒度分层,并沿床面作纵向运动和沿倾斜床面作横向运动。
因此,比重和粒度不同的矿粒沿着各自的运动方向逐渐呈扇形流下,分别从精矿端和尾矿侧的不同区排出,最后被分成精矿,中矿和尾矿。
6-S摇床的突出优点是分选精确性高,原矿经过一次选别即可得到最终精矿,中矿和废弃尾矿,可同时接出多个产品。
精矿的富集比高,选别效率高,看管容易,便于调节冲程。
二、工作原理摇床分选是在床面摇动和横向水流的共同作用下实现的,床面上床条是纵向的,与水流方向近于垂直,水流横向流过跨越一个个床条时在沟槽内形成涡流,涡流和床面摇动的共同作用可使矿砂层松散并按密度分层,重矿物转向下层,轻矿物转向上层,上层轻矿粒受到水流较大冲力,而下层重矿粒则受较小冲力,因此轻矿粒在床面上横向运动速度大于重矿粒在床面上的横向运动速度。
此过程为“析离分层”。
在纵向,床面的差动运动,起初以慢速前进并逐渐加速,到速度达最大时突然后退,后退过程中速度逐渐减小,然后又前进,重复上述过程,不仅促进矿砂层松散分层,而且使重矿粒以较大速度沿纵向向前运动,使轻矿粒以较小速度向前运动。
矿粒的去向,取决于纵向速度和横向速度的合成速度。
重矿物具有较小的横向速度和较大的纵向速度,轻矿物具有较大的横向速度和较小的纵向速度,应用平行四边形法则把纵向和横向速度合成,可以看到,重矿物的合速度偏向摇床的精矿端,轻矿物偏向摇床尾矿侧,中等密度的颗粒则位于二者之问,称此过程为“运搬分带”。

5)操作软件如果需要重新安装,注意输入随机带来的炉子常数。
6)关机前要拿出样品盘和参比盘;7)升温温度不要超过450摄氏度;8)装样和取样时要在30度附近;9)取样装样要用专用的镊子,夹取边缘,镊子要保持清洁。

As the crane is large and heavy, you may have to lay out the different parts on their sides, and tighten and erect the entire assembly once complete.Step 1) Attach two Plates (#20) from two sides to the one end of the Crossbeam (#19). Secure with the four Bolts (#1), Washers (#2), Spring Washers (#3), and Nuts (#4). Repeat for theother end.Step 2) Attach each Inner Vertical Post Assembly to the Crossbeam (#19). Secure with the 8 Bolts (#1), Washers (#2), Spring Washers (#3), and Nuts (#4)Step 3) Attach the four Swivel Casters with Brake (#27) to the Base Assembly (#26). Apply grease to the zerk in each Caster.Step 4) Attach each Outer Vertical Post Assembly (#24) to each Base Assembly (#26), making certain that the slot at two sides of the Outer Vertical Post Assembly are facing theCasters’ direction. Handle with care.•It’s recommended not to pull out the two protection sponge caps placed on the inlet and outlet ports of the pump before mounting the fittings and the pipes, in order to avoid the incidental entrance of any solid estraneous object which might damage the internal components of the pump.•The PO4000series rotary vane pumps look identical in their exterior aspect, although the flow rates are different. For this reason, when substituting just the pump, it is necessary to check the model of the new pump. 6-S摇床使用说明书设备在使用前,请详细阅读本说明书,掌握设备的作用范围及操作方法。
一、概述6-S摇床属于重力选矿设备,由平面溜槽发展而来,以其不对称往复运动为特征而自成体系。
适于选别 2-0.037 毫米矿砂及矿泥级别的金、钨、锡、钽、铁、锰、铬、钛、铋、铅等有色、黑色、稀贵金属矿物,选别4-0.037毫米的硫铁矿;适当改换床条形式后可选别末煤和煤泥,独居石,金红石等非金属,以及分选其他具有足够比重差及粒度组成合适的混合物料。
摇床的选矿过程是在具有来复条的倾斜床面上进行的,矿粒群从床面上角的给矿槽送入,同时由给水槽供给横向冲洗水,于是矿粒在重力,横向流水冲力,床面作往复不对称运动所产生的惯性和摩擦力的作用下,按比重和粒度分层,并沿床面作纵向运动和沿倾斜床面作横向运动。
因此,比重和粒度不同的矿粒沿着各自的运动方向逐渐呈扇形流下,分别从精矿端和尾矿侧的不同区排出,最后被分成精矿,中矿和尾矿。
6-S摇床的突出优点是分选精确性高,原矿经过一次选别即可得到最终精矿,中矿和废弃尾矿,可同时接出多个产品。
精矿的富集比高,选别效率高,看管容易,便于调节冲程。
二、工作原理摇床分选是在床面摇动和横向水流的共同作用下实现的,床面上床条是纵向的,与水流方向近于垂直,水流横向流过跨越一个个床条时在沟槽内形成涡流,涡流和床面摇动的共同作用可使矿砂层松散并按密度分层,重矿物转向下层,轻矿物转向上层,上层轻矿粒受到水流较大冲力,而下层重矿粒则受较小冲力,因此轻矿粒在床面上横向运动速度大于重矿粒在床面上的横向运动速度。
此过程为“析离分层”。
在纵向,床面的差动运动,起初以慢速前进并逐渐加速,到速度达最大时突然后退,后退过程中速度逐渐减小,然后又前进,重复上述过程,不仅促进矿砂层松散分层,而且使重矿粒以较大速度沿纵向向前运动,使轻矿粒以较小速度向前运动。
矿粒的去向,取决于纵向速度和横向速度的合成速度。
重矿物具有较小的横向速度和较大的纵向速度,轻矿物具有较大的横向速度和较小的纵向速度,应用平行四边形法则把纵向和横向速度合成,可以看到,重矿物的合速度偏向摇床的精矿端,轻矿物偏向摇床尾矿侧,中等密度的颗粒则位于二者之问,称此过程为“运搬分带”。

Shaking table instruction一、概况:摇床是用于选别细粒物料的重力选矿设备,它广泛应用于选别钨、锡、钽、铌和其它稀有金属和贵金属矿石,也可用于选别铁、锰矿石和煤。
当处理钨、锡矿石时,摇床的有效回收粒度范围为2~0.04毫米。
摇床的选矿过程是在具有来复条的倾斜床面上进行的(如图)。
砂粒群从摇床面上角的给矿槽(砂槽)送入,同时由给水槽供给横向冲洗水。
于是,矿粒在重力、横向水流冲力,床面作往复不对称运动所产生的惯性力和摩擦力的作用下,按比重和粒度分层,并沿床面作纵向运动和沿倾斜床面作横向运动。
