我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。

由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。

在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。

特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!2今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。

她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。

她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。

包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。

虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。

通过现场的演示，带着学生从发现问题，提出问题到问题的解决，充分调动了学生的积极性，加深了学生的体会和理解。

并且通过随机提问以及“连坐”的方式使得学生们能够投入到课堂中，从而提高了课堂的效率。

另外，刘老师在每节课前会进行一个小故事的讲解，作为引入或者上堂课内容的复习，利用图片或者小游戏的类型带着学生思考，逐步进行理解句型和复习单词。

这不仅仅是让学生开阔眼界见，接触到更多的题目，更重要的是让学生们体会到各个科目之间的联系，也能够促进学生其他科目的学习。

这一堂课，一方面让我领略了思源的老师在课堂上的风采，而且从中学习到了不同的课堂管理方法和教学方法，总之是受益良多!很期待接下来能够从刘老师身上学到更多!也很期待像刘英老师在讲台上自信生辉的模样！（十四） 2015-11-2今天下午再一次听了刘老师的英语课，这一堂是给七年级二班的学生上的。

算是平行班。

虽说讲的内容与七班的课是一样的，但是杨老师针对不同班级的水平所做的教学设计并不完全相同，而是针对了各个班级不同的特点进行课堂教学和管理。

例如在内容上，关于句型部分的内容是一致的，但是考虑到二班的学生英语知识的储备，理解以及运用上还是有所欠缺的，因此并没有进行较复杂的句型的讲解，而是基于他们目前的能力而选择适合的题目进行讲解；其次，在课堂管理以及调动学生积极性上，由于重点班的学生是需要进行会考的，因此他们对于知识的学习更具积极性和自主性，而平行班的孩子则不同，需要有一些“诱惑”来调动他们的积极性。

因此，让学生在学校内网题库上做题，赚积分，并进行排名。

这样可以激发学生们的竞争意识而充分调动起他们的积极性。

实习日记9月12日星期一不知不觉已经实习了一个星期了，自己已经习惯了每天的实习工作。

每天早上7：20我会到班，督促同学们及时交作业、做清洁，7：40早自习开始我才会回到自己的办公室。

初一英语实习日记
实习第一天，新鲜感是有的，但没有想像中那样激动;只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了...
看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。

其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。

校园很干净，这是盘锦市唯一的朝鲜族学校，有朝中。

还有朝小。

因为我家就住这座城市。

所以上下班很轻松，一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。

然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有即欧小学也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。

因为我是日语专业所以分配到了初一二班。

还给我们分了办公桌。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。

在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。

开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢!这样更真
实也更容易接近。

今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。

明天开始正式上课，今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。

然后去了，初中办公室，我们都一起聊了聊。

有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。

我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。

很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

就这样今天就回家，准备明天上战场。

实习日记(二) 9月9日星期五
明天是教师节，首先想提前祝周老师教师节快乐。

呵呵，自己现在是一名实习老师，那也祝自己教师节快乐吧!
根据学校安排，今天主要有两个会议：学校英语组每周星期五三四节教研活动和下午的教师节表彰大会，根据学校的要求我们实习生也参加会议。

上午的教研活动是由高老师主持的，高老师是英语教研组组长，在会上作了发言。

会上，肯定了鲁巷中学英语组在全区的成绩，同时也对学校面临的挑战进行了分析，要求老师们再接再厉。

另外，学校每年有主办英语优质课比赛，要求老师们也积极报名参加。

在我们其中的一位实习生动听的英文歌声中会议结束了。

下午的教师节表彰大会是全校老师都参加，我们实习生
也受邀参加。

出席大会的领导有洪山区人大代表、洪山区教育局领导、鲁巷中学校长等领导。

会议的主要内容有两个：一是表彰上年度优秀教师，二是祝全体老师教师节快乐。

作为一名实习生，首先很感谢学校对我们的重视，自己也深受会议的精神所鼓舞。

实习日记(三) 9月12日星期一
不知不觉已经实习了一个星期了，自己已经习惯了每天的实习工作。

每天早上7：20我会到班，督促同学们及时交作业、做清洁，7：40早自习开始我才会回到自己的办公室。

我主要是负责字帖、抄写本和学练优作业的批改，同时也会和周老师对学生作业存在的问题进行交流。

虽然留学不好，但是可以体会到周老师对学生的高要求。

周老师工作做得很细，每项学习安排都有一张对应的表格。

听写、背诵、考试成绩都有相对应的表格，详细地记录了学生的分数和完成情况并根据这些表格及时指导学生
改正、提高。

每天的第八节课后放学时间是学生们最激动地时刻，都迫不及待的想回家，教室乱哄哄，周老师总会来到教室提醒学生各科作业，安排好值日最后放学。

实习日记(四) 9月14日星期三
今天的英语课分别是第二节和第六节，周老师的安排是第二节讲新课“starter unit 3 what color is it? ”和第六节复习“starter unit 1-3 ”。

根据课本首先代入了What color is it? — It’s?，将不同颜色的单词red、yellow、green、blue、black、white、grey、pink、orange、purple代换练习。

注重对单词发音规则的理解，引导学生准确发音。

第二步听录音，跟读录音。

第二部分是对英语字母S—Z的学习。

听课小结：不断在课堂上发现学生的不良习惯，及时纠正，注意学生发音嘴型，发现学生发音错误要正确地进行引导，鼓励学生不仅在课堂上还是生活中都要大胆、大声说英语，注重课本知识在实际生活中的应用。
