摘要

目前我国工业型煤的生产工艺主要采用粉煤添加粘结剂低压成型,以往的研究主要集中在成型工艺和粘结剂方面,对成型机械的研究开发甚少。事实上,成型机械是型煤生产的关键设备, 国内大部分型煤厂采用有粘结剂的低压成型, 其工艺过程主要包括原煤的粉碎、配料,粘结剂、固硫剂等助剂的添加,混捏与成型,型煤烘干等,工艺冗长。再加上用电和设备的折旧、添加剂及人员工资,导致型煤的生产成本偏高,最终型煤价格与块煤相差无几,从而使型煤用户在经济上承受起来较为困难。所以本论文就是设计高压的成型机械,这样可以少用甚至不用粘结剂。

原煤不经过入洗而直接用于燃烧,不仅浪费能源,而且产生大量的煤烟和温室气体的排放发。采用清洁煤技术,是提高煤炭利用效率和减少污染的最佳选择。工业型煤成套技术就是其中一种比较成熟的方法,通过添加助剂对粉煤进行混捏成型,用作工业锅炉和窑炉的燃料,与直接燃烧散煤相比,烟尘排放量及SO2排放量

都可以大量减少。所以无论是从可持续发展方面考虑还是从经济性方面考虑压块机的作用都是不可忽视的。

Abstract

At present our country industrial briquette production technology using coal powder binder low pressure molding, previous studies mainly focus on the forming process and the binder, the molding machinery research development about. In fact, molding machinery is the key equipment of coal production, most of the domestic coal briquette binder by a low pressure molding, the process mainly includes coal crushing, mixing, binder, sulfur fixing agent and other additives, kneading and molding, briquette drying, process long. Coupled with the use of electricity and equipment depreciation, additives and staff wages, led to the coal production cost on the high side, the final price and not much difference between coal lump coal

briquette, thereby allowing users in the economy is more difficult to bear. So this paper is the design of high pressure molding machine, which can use less or even no binder.

Coal without washing and directly used for burning, not only a waste of energy, and produce large quantities of soot and greenhouse gas emissions. The clean coal technology, is to improve the utilization efficiency of coal and reduce pollution is the best choice. Industrial coal briquette technology is one of the more mature method, by adding additives to coal powder are mixed and kneaded molded, used for industrial boiler and furnace fuel, and direct combustion of coal, soot emissions and emission of SO2can reduce the number of. So whether it is from the aspect of sustainable development consideration from the economic considerations press role can not be ignored.
