景区游客满意度提高策略研究Research on the Strategy of Improving Tourist Satisfaction

摘要

近年来,随着游客满意科学理论在全球范围的推进,有关游客满意度方面的研究也日益受到关注。旅游景区是吸引旅游者前来观光旅游的重要内容,也是旅游产业中最为核心的构成要素,其吸引力大小和发展水平很大程度上决定着区域旅游业发展的总水平。经过许多年的开发建设,我国旅游景区获得了很大的发展,已经形成一批质量高品位高国内外知名的品牌旅游景区,但同时也存在一些亟待解决的发展问题。对游客满意度的研究、寻找旅游景区绩效的薄弱环节,以明确工作急需改进的领域就成为当前旅游景区建设与管理中的重要课题之一。因此研究游客满意度,提高景区的旅游竞争力和服务质量具有很大的迫切性。本文以景区游客满意度为背景,通过分析我国旅游景区的特征,探讨旅游景区存在的问题,继而提出提高游客满意度的可行性策略。

Abstract

In recent years, along with the advance of visitor satisfaction theory in the global scope, research about tourists satisfaction is also increasingly concerned. Tourism is an important content to attract tourists to come for sightseeing, elements of the core is the attraction of tourism industry, size and development level largely determines the overall level of development of regional tourism. After many years of development and construction, China's tourism has obtained great development, has formed a well-known brand of tourism scenic spots a batch of high quality high grade, but there are also some urgent development problems. Research, find the weak links tourism performance on tourist satisfaction, improved the work needed to clear the field becomes one of the important topics in the current construction and management of tourism scenic spots. So the research of tourist satisfaction, it is urgent to greatly improve tourism competitiveness and quality of service. Based on the tourist satisfaction as the background, through the analysis of the characteristics of China's tourist attractions, scenic spots exist of problem, then put forward the feasible strategies of improving tourist satisfaction.
