整机无冷桥设计
■ 采用防冷桥设计的铝型材作为机组骨架,箱体内外严格隔热处 理,彻底消除冷桥,杜绝冷量漏失;
■ 箱体面板为双层金属壁板结构,内部采用密度50kg/m3的无氟聚 氨脂封闭高压发泡作为保温材料,环保严实,不吸水;
■ 机组面板有25 mm、30 mm、50 mm 三种厚度可选。

它的输出信号控制电磁脉冲阀,进而控制压缩空去对滤袋循序喷吹清灰,使除尘器的运行阻力保持在设定范围之内,以保证除尘器的处理能力和收尘效率。

1.脉冲控制仪工作原理:脉冲控制仪运行波形图- 1 -产品使用说明书2.脉冲控制仪功能可根据除尘器清灰要求,调整脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔和周期间隔,控制电磁脉冲阀的开启和关闭,对除尘器实行定时清灰。

3.特点及应用脉冲控制仪采用工业级芯片作为控制核心;在印刷线路板上有明显的设置标志,可方便的进行控制仪的清灰参数设置;控制仪输出侧设有各个输出点的工作指示,可快速判断输出点的状态;- 2 -产品使用说明书各输出端输出控制电磁脉冲阀的开启,喷吹压缩空气清灰,同时有发光二极管显示喷吹顺序。

除尘器清灰时,一边过滤一边喷吹清灰,脉冲控制仪按设定的脉冲宽度和脉冲间隔输出电信号控制脉冲阀逐个喷吹清灰。

On overloads exceeding 1000 – 1400% of rating, there is no intentional time delay and the breaker interrupts currents of as much as 25,000 A at 65V DC.An optional shunt (25 or 50millivolt full scale) permits metering of current. Since the shunt output is low voltage,light-gauge wiring can be used from shunt to meter.Indication may be displayed inpercent, watts, safe/danger or other dial calibrations. In addition, the busbar is available in two versions:Standard Size and Reduced Size. Contact your Eaton Sales Representative for more information.Precision Current Equalization (PCE) Circuit BreakersGJ1P breakers rated 250 to1200 A are built in parallel construction. Y、YKS系列高压三相异步电动机产品样本
鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种结构,采用先进可靠的铸铝工艺或焊接工艺制造而成,并经过动平衡校验,因此电动机运行平稳可靠。
轴承采用滚动轴承和滑动轴承两种形式,由电动机功率大小和转速高低而定,其防护等级为IP54或IP55,滚动轴承设有不停机注排油装置。
主接线盒置于电动机右侧(从轴伸端看,也可按用户要求置于左侧,接线盒的内外均设有单独的接地端子。
1.2被驱动机械设备转动部分的转动惯量(折算到电动机转速后应不大于技术数据表中允许负载的转动惯量值。
2.电动机允许在实际冷状态下连续起动两次,或者在电动机热状态下起动一次,电动机在两次起动之间应自然停车,额外的再次起动电动机应在停机1小时以后进行。

air-cooled, split-system air conditioner unit suitable for ground or rooftop installation. Unit consists of a hermetic compressor, an air-cooled coil, propeller-type condenser fan, and a control box. Unit will discharge supply air upward as shown on contract drawings. RMQ5Y系列自动转换开关(以下简称转换开关)属于PC级,主要适用于交流50Hz, 额定工作电压400V及以下,额定电流至630A 及以下的三相四线双路供电电源(常用电源和 备用电源或发电机电源)中。该系列产品打破常规的分体式自动转换开关的设计理念,将 智能控制器和自动转换开关经过优化结合成一体。一旦出现电压故障或者其他故障,转 换开关可进行两路电源之间的自动切换。作为新一代产品,我公司从用户的角度出发, 将为用户提供更安全、更可靠、更全面的电源配备解决方案。

的过压、欠压值进行比较,当电源三相电压任意一相出现异常时,控制电路就做出电源 故障判断,控制器面板上相应的指示灯闪烁,并经用户设定的延时时间后,发出控制信 号,驱动开关转换到另一路正常的电源。
控制器远程控制 通过外接自锁按钮可以实现控制器远程控制,包括远程投主、远程投备和远程双分。
控制器通信控制 在自动控制方式下,附加了采用Modbus-RTU通信规约的通信功能。可以通过终端
智能控制器按功能可分为自投自复(R)、自投不自复(S)、电网-发电机(F)三种 控制方式。可以选择:手动控制、自动控制、远程控制和通信控制(按用户需要进行附 加)。
具体可以实现以下功能:
控制器手动控制 手动控制方式有断开、常用接通、备用接通三种方式,不进行电压检测和监测,不进行
开关自动转换。
控制器自动控制 在自动控制方式下,可对两路电源的三相电压值进行实时采样,之后与用户所设置

RMQ5Y智能控制器简介
在RMQ5Y转换开关上通过组装选配的智能控制器,可以实现对常用电源、备用电源 的三相电压(进线端)进行检测和监测,对高于额定电压值105~130%(用户可调)的电 源电压为过电压,低于额定电压值65~95%(用户可调)的电源电压为欠电压,其控制电 路采用微处理器技术对检测结果进行判断和处理,并经过相应的延时时间(用户可调) 向开关发出动作转换指令,开关开始动作并在面板上显示处理结果。
