注意:把’存储服务器‘勾选。

四、在电脑右下角找到右击，点击‘自动登录’ 五、打开
六、进入注意:把启用自动登录勾选

分别点击’主预览‘设备管理’录像设置‘
八、在’设备管理‘界面把刷新到的摄像机’添加至客户端

十、在’设备管理‘界面点击’添加设备类型‘将’存储服务器‘勾选添加一个’存储服务器
十一、添加一个’存储服务器‘‘名字随意写一个，IP是电脑的ip地址。

十二、在’录像计划‘设置录像
十三、添加完后，点击’存储服务器管理‘进入’远程配置

十四、选择存储，将需要的盘符’格式化

⼆、IVMS-4200添加设备常见报错 1、提⽰ HCNetSDK.dll[1] 问题原因：添加设备时输⼊的⽤户名或密码错误。
排查思路：IVMS-4200客户端添加设备时需要输⼊的是设备的⽤户名和密码，⽽不是IVMS-4200客户端安装注册的那个账号密码。
设备的⽤户名默认是 admin，密码是激活设备时设置的密码。
如果知道设备正确密码可将设备删除，重新⽤正确的密码添加测试。
2、提⽰ HCNetSDK.dll[7] 问题原因：连接设备失败，设备不在线或⽹络原因引起的连接超时 排查思路：先确认IVMS-4200客户端上添加的是局域⽹的设备还是外⽹的设备。
局域⽹添加时，确认下电脑的 IP 和设备的 IP 是否是同⽹段的，服务端⼝是否修改过，⽤电脑 ping 设备的 IP，看是否可以 ping 通。

2 软件界面介绍系统初始化后，进入软件配置界面。

4 预览初次进入主预览界面时，播放面板默认以2×2播放窗口显示，可通过画面分割选择，最大可支持64画面分割。
按键进行窗口分割的主预览界面按键说明如下：点击软件主菜单栏的“视图”选项，选择“辅屏预览”。
说明：软件最多可以使用3个辅屏。
5 回放软件回放支持回放和预览回放2种方式。

2部署方案iVMS-4200有局域网和公网两种应用环境，本文介绍常用的几个部署方案，并不包含所有可行方案。
方案部署过程中，NVR、混合型网络硬盘录像机（HDVR）、网络硬盘录像机（DVR）、网络视频服务器（DVS）、网络摄像机、网络球机等设备以及存储服务器、客户端，流媒体服务器的个数均可根据实际情况进行扩展，本文只以单个模式进行示例。

2、主预览：【默认视图】选择16画面
云台控制鼠标左键点击某一个画面，或者在左侧操作区【监控点】下点击某个监控点，把该画面激活（红色框体）；
左侧操作区【云台控制】里，为云台方向控制，
控制镜头按上下左右四个方向移动；为焦距调整，控制镜头的远近。
如果云台控制不显示，可点击【云台控制】，让其具显。
3、远程回放：
点击【监控点】，在【监控点】下拉列表里，鼠标左键点击想要回放的监控点前小方块，打‘√’，然后在下方的日期里选择，再点击【搜索】；在搜索结果列表里，点击某个时间段的监控录像，选中，在右侧播放区里点击播放。

一、安装软件客户端
双击图标iVMS-4200进行安装
二、运行软件
双击桌面上的iVMS-4200客户端软件会弹出登陆对话框（首次登陆需注册用户名；用户名：admin ，密码：123456）
点击登陆弹出向导对话框

三、添加监控设备
鼠标单击设备管理添加监控设备（例如添加地址是221.7.50.123的硬盘录像机，点击设备管理——添加设备——别名：自己填，地址:221.7.50.123，端口：6000，用户名：admin，密码：123456——添加）。
四、将视频图像配置到主预览窗口中
鼠标单击控制面板中的主预览然后把各个监控点拖拽到各个视频框中（例如把111拖到画面去，鼠标单击“111-监控点2”拖拽到想要放置的监视窗口画面中，其他监控点也可以按这种方法进行）。
五、录像回放
鼠标单击控制面板中的远程回放，选择监控点、时间段然后点击搜索，搜索到录像文件后点击播放按钮可播放（左边是当天不同时间段的录像文件鼠标双击可播放，画面下方的黄色条表示24小时录像文件，鼠标点击黄色条可播放不同时间录像）。
六、录像文件下载
鼠标在回放画面上单击鼠标右键弹出菜单，单击下载弹出对话框，点击下载即可（录像保存文件在客户端安装的目录下，如客户端安装到C：目录下，录像文件就在C：目录下的ivms4200文件夹里）。

若是放在几年前，实现这种方法无非是给电脑增加一个视频采集卡来实现，但现在，只需海康的4200客户端就能搞定（此教程适合海康网络像机使用，模拟像机还需使用采集卡或DVR）。

所以对于有些客户，电脑监控办公两用的话，会经常性的录不了像，因此在这推荐第二种方法!方法二：双击打开，打开后，电脑的右下角会出现图中圈住的图标右击存储服务器，选项自动启动，可以开机自动启动两个小方块都勾选上，电脑有密码的话需填写登录密码，填写完成后点击确定。

1.2. 运行环境•操作系统：Microsoft Windows 7/Windows 2008（支持32/64位系统）•Windows 2003/Windows XP(均只支持32位系统)•CPU：Intel Pentium IV 3.0 GHz或以上•内存：1G或更高•显示：支持1024×768或更高分辨率注意•同时预览多路视频或较高分辨率的视频，需要更高的硬件配置。
•软件不支持纯64位系统，以上提及64位系统指支持32位软件的64位系统。
2. 预览设备2.1. 用户登录首次运行软件需要创建一个超级用户。
用户名和密码自定义。
如图 2.1所示。
图 2.1 注册超级用户界面注意用户名不能包含字符：\/:*?"<>|。
与用户名类似的还有分组名、监控点名、报警输入名，密码不能少于6位。
若软件已经注册了管理员账户，则启动软件后将显示用户登录对话窗口。
选择用户名、输入密码后点击“登录”，进入软件登录界面，如图 2.2所示。
图 2.2 登录界面勾选“启用自动登录”，下次登录软件，默认以当前用户自动登录。
2.2. 设备管理2.2.1. 编码设备添加控制面板中选择，进入设备管理界面。
首次使用软件，需要先添加设备。
下面在线设备中显示当前局域网所有在线的编码设备，如图 2.3所示。
图 2.3 在线设备界面点击，或按住Ctrl键选择在线设备的某几台设备，点击，弹出添加设备对话框如图 2.4所示。
图 2.4 批量添加设备对话框输入用户名密码，点击“添加”即可完成局域网全部设备或批量设备的添加。
说明•设备的批量添加需满足所添加的设备用户名密码一致。
•默认导入至分组，组名以设备名命名，该组包含设备所有通道。
选择在线设备的某一台设备点击，弹出添加设备对话框如图 2.5所示。

点击，可修改在线设备网络参数，如图2.6所示。
图 2.6 修改设备参数界面该界面可修改设备的网络参数，修改IP、掩码、端口号，输入设备管理员密码，点击“确定”，即可完成设备的网络参数修改。
点击，弹出对话框如图 2.7所示。

说明以上为局域网在线设备添加与管理。
在管理设备列表栏中选择，弹出对话框如图 2.8所示。

添加信息相关说明如下：点击可选择的设备添加方式还有IP段、HiDDNS、IP Server。
添加信息填写说明请参见表 2.1。
表 2.1 编码设备添加信息说明选项说明设备离线时可对设备进行离线添加，离线设备第一次成功登录后会去设备上匹配设备的真实通道，如果发现不一致就会去更改，一致则不更改。
别名可自定义。
服务器地址/地址•添加类型为IP/域名时，填写设备IP或域名。
•添加类型为IP段时，填写设备的开始IP和结束IP。
•注册类型为HiDDNS时，填写域名解析服务器的地址，默认为。
•注册类型为IP Server时，填写IP Server服务器的IP。
端口注册类型为IP/域名或IP段时，填写设备服务端口，默认为8000。
设备域名/设备标识•注册类型为HiDDNS时，填写设备的注册域名。
•注册类型为IP Server时，填写远程设备名或设备序列号。
用户名/密码设备登录用户名/密码，默认为admin，默认为12345，用户根据自己设备修改。
通道数在之后，填写设备通道数，离线设备第一次成功登录后会去设备上匹配设备的真实通道，如果发现不一致就会去更改，一致则不更改。
勾选“导入至分组”，快速将该设备下的所有通道添加到一个以设备别名命名的分组中。
2.2.2. 设备修改和删除选择已添加的设备，点击或者直接双击已添加的设备，可对设备相关参数进行修改。
选择已添加的设备，点击可将设备从列表中删除。
此外还可以添加其他设备类型，如图 2.9所示。

点击弹出对话框如图2.10所示。

需要添加的设备类型，点击“确定”完成设备类型的添加，添加成功后左侧服务器列表中将显示出新添加的设备类型，如图 2.11所示。

根据设备具有的不同功能，界面显示不尽相同，如图2.12和图2.13所示。
