一、介词介词的分类分类特点例词简单介词即一个介词about, across, after, against, among, around, at, below, beyond, during, in, on等等。

合成介词由两个介词构成合成词into, onto, throughout, upon, within短语介词由短语构成according to, because of, instead of, up to, due to, owing to, thanks to等等。

双重介词由两个介词搭配而成from among, from behind, from under, till after, in between等等。

分词介词由现在分词转化而来considering(就……而论), including，regarding，concerning等。

兼类介词由形容词直接转化而来like, unlike, near, next, opposite等等。

考向一、介词短语的功能介词不能独立在句中做成份，介词后必须与名词、代词、或动名词构成介词短语在句中充当一个成分，表示人、物、事件等与其它人、物、事件等之间的关系。

【重点知识整合】一、常考易混介词（介词短语）辨析1）except for, except, but, besides 和 apart from这几个词/短语均有“除……外”之意，但其具体用法不尽相同。

（1）except for: 用于非同类事物，它的宾语与前述对象完全是两回事。

如：The room was very cold and, except for Jack, entirely empty.这个房间很阴冷，而且除了杰克，完全是空荡荡的。

本句中，前述对象是"房间"，而除去的对象是"Jack"，两者毫无关系。

（2）except:指同一类事物的总体中除去一部分，强调的是除去。

如： He gets up early everyday except Sunday. 除星期天外，他每天早起。

有时except与except for可以换用，如： Except for(=except) John, the whole class passed the test. 全班同学除约翰外，全都通过了考试。

（3）but:常可与 except互换，强调“不在其中”。

如： Everyone attended the meeting but Mary. 大家都出席了这次会议，但玛丽不在其列。

（4）besides:强调“除此之外，还包括”。

She can speak French and Japanese besides English.除英语外，她还会讲法语和日语。
