二、要重视学生基本技能和学习习惯的培养在培养技能方面,小学生抽象思维的能力还很弱,教师在教学活动中不能灌输大量的语言知识,要充分利用图片、挂图、实物、幻灯片、录音、录像等开展多种形式的英语游戏、英语竞赛、表演、英语歌曲、儿歌等活动,做到寓教于乐,使学生置身于情景之中,才能使学生的听力、英语的口头表达能力及实际运用英语的能力得到巩固和提高。
要重视英语的基础训练,从而使学生获得一些运用英语的基本技能。
在培养习惯方面,首先,教师在开展灵活多样的教学活动的同时,要多为学生创造一些运用英语的语言环境,让学生多听、多说、敢于大胆开口,要体现出学生的主体作用,使学生养成良好的语言习惯。
其次,要教给学生记忆单词的方法,坚持每天10分钟时间进行单词记忆和听写过关。
另外,书写也是小学英语教学的主要内容和目的之一,从小学起教师就应当狠抓学生的书写教学,并常抓不懈。
三、不断创新教学方法,模拟语言情境,再现真实生活乐趣小学英语图文并茂,与生活密切相关。
只有将知识融入到生活中,才不会死读书,读死书。
如:打电话、买东西、看电影、过生日、上班、上学、爬山、游泳、逛超市等等。
灵活多样的教学方法能够刺激学生,使之处于兴奋状态,也能保持良好的学习情绪。
例如,在学习动物单词时,我采用各种动物的声音教学,学生听了乐不可支,学起来很高兴,记起来自然也轻松多了;还有,在讲授头部各器官时,我让学生动起手来,做起了“摸眼睛,摸鼻子”的游戏,在游戏中孩子们很快掌握了各个器官的英文单词,并能很快的脱口而出这些单词。
四、课堂评价多鼓励少批评课堂上评价学生以鼓励为主。
对不同年级的学生鼓励形式应多种多样。
鼓励和表扬的方式有很多,对单个回答问题好的学生,应说“very good”,“It is right”。
对全体学生为某个学生答对了问题而集体鼓掌或齐声说“right”,“great”等。
课堂上,教师要精力充沛,情绪饱满,讲课时面带微笑,对学生热情而有耐心。
学生答对时,老师要常说“Good. Yes. Ok. Welldone. Thank you. You are great. Wonderful”等等,如果学生说错了,老师要说“Try again. Don’t worry.”学生觉得很难表达而想放弃时,教师会鼓励说“Try your best.”这样学生回答问题时就无后顾之忧,课堂发言会积极踊跃。
五、家校联合学生的学习环境主要就是学校和家庭,双方配合,才能达到最佳效果。
因此学生在家的学习巩固显得尤为重要,这时就要取得家长的配合,督促孩子在家认真复习、预习。
为更好的取得家长对于学生英语学习的支持与帮助,每学期开展一次家长会。
除了为家长讲述英语的重要性以及如何在家里利用各种辅导学生外。
更多的介绍一些帮助孩子学习的方法,并给出在英语学习方面的一些建议与家长进行交流和沟通。
通过家长会的举行,将学生,家长,学校紧密地联合在一起。

一. 有效利用“集体备课”平台,集体备课是发挥群体优势,提高备课质量的重要途径,也是落实教学常规,提高课堂教学效率的必要措施。
本学期集体备课解决的问题:1、备学生:通过集体备课,以及与上届各年级学生的对比,各位老师更进一步了解了本届学生的优势和劣势、本届英语学科的优势和劣势,以及班级内的学生间的差距、年级中班级间的差距等,有利于有效开展教育教学活动。
2、备教材:通过集体备课、轮流说课、其他老师补充等使各位老师更准确地把握教材、灵活运用教材,真正落实“用教材去教,而不是教教材”的教学指导思想。
3、备方法:通过相互间的教学交流,不断地改善教法,努力使自己的教法适合自己的学生,从而使学生获得有效的学习方法,少走弯路。

3、夯实双基:各位老师坚持让学生朗读、背诵重点段落课文,记忆单词、词组及重点句型,引导学生积累语言知识,为口语、听力、阅读、写作打下基础。
4、学法指导:各位老师根据具体情况分别对学生进行有效的学习方法指导、解题技巧指导,如:如何对不同类型的阅读理解材料进行理解、如何提高英语写作水平、如何提高口语成绩等,老师们都给学生进行了有效的指导。

1.高考听力部分,第一部分情景识图朗读时,句与句之间间隔时间应长些,希望朗读的男老师口齿清楚。
2.选词填空应降低难度(本应得分,却失分最多)。

这样,一个充满教学和工作热情的备课组才能形成,一个团结奉献的团队才会成立。
二、严格要求,互相监督,互相帮助促进。
在备课组工作中,以严格要求,互相促进为基本原则。
老师必须按照组内规定,做好自己的本职工作。
要以集体利益和学生学习为先,充分发挥自己在备课组当中的作用。
在活动内容与方式上,各备课组每周一次集体备课。
必须强调的是,每周一次的备课组活动,一定要扎实开展,而不能流于形式。
组内成员要集思广益,研究学生,研究新课程,发扬团队精神,共同提高学科教学水平。
集体备课时,要集体总结上周教学情况,商讨下周教学进度与内容。
规定下周内容的主备课人。
然后由本周内容的主讲人主讲每一课时的教学安排与重点、难点。

学生作业要精选,要以质取胜,避免重复、低效乃至无效的劳动,努力减轻学生过重的课业负担;作业要及时批阅,注重信息的反馈和及时矫正。
