• 1.九块屏以上的机柜水平要求：尽量 用激光水平仪，如果没有激光水平仪， 必须用白线两头拉直检测水平，（这 个动作必须拍照，最后照片打包给我 和王有斌）。 • 2.机柜的螺丝必须上全上紧。 • 3.机柜上下不得错位，不能有缝隙 （如图）。 • 4.机柜必须固定，不得用锤子用力敲 打机柜，以免掉漆。
• 4.支撑腿的取材制作 • (1)支撑腿的长度用与脚件和架 体的连接，起主要功能是调节 屏幕整体厚度，可根据现场及 客户要求做相应改变。 • (2)支撑腿用材为50mm*50mm 的方管，即是用于制作竖撑的 方管
• 5.脚件的取材制作 • (1)钢板脚件是用于和墙面的固定 • (2)如果墙面是钢结构可直接将支撑腿焊接 在钢结构上不需要钢板脚件，钢板一般按 重量购买厚度在2mm-3mm • （3）脚件需在四个角开孔，方法大致有三 种。第一是市场上有开好孔的方铁板成品， 规格大多也是10cm*10cm选取即可；第二， 买取脚件后用手枪钻打孔；第三种是用气 割或直接电焊烧孔（此方法效果不太美观）

机柜使用说明书1.概述本机柜为19英寸标准计算机机柜，主要用于网络、监控、计算机等领域，具有所有机柜的一般通用性尺寸规格：2000mm（不含轮脚）X 1100mm(深度)X 600mm（宽度）内部有效高度：42U颜色：黑色砂纹。

机柜的安装施工流程
机柜的安装施工流程一机箱摆放将pc机按顺序放到机柜里面，然后将插线板固定在机柜的上部，用螺丝固定，确保其稳定。
二电线分类下一步固定电线，电线分为强电线和弱电线两种，强电线通常指的是机箱电源线的电线，这种电线电压比较大，固称为强电线，弱电线通常指的是我们所说的网线，电话线等等。
固定电线时候为了安全起见，我们通常将强电线和弱电线分开固定，可以确保电线的安全。
三固定电线我们先将强电线由左侧一端由上向下固定，每到一个机箱都要将相应的电线留出来，不在向下继续固定。
电线在向下固定时候每隔一段都要用绑线加以固定，确保其牢固。
为了清楚那个电线对应哪个机箱，我们通常在靠近插线板的一端用标签注明是那个机箱，这样为我们以后工作提供方便。
三网线及电话线安装下一步安装弱电线，也就是网线和电话线，网线和电话线的固定方发和强电线的古代方法类似，我们就不过多的讲解，下面我重点将一下网线的水晶头和电话的水晶投的安装：1，网线水晶头的安装第1步：用双绞线网线钳（当然也可以用其它剪线工具）把五类双绞线的一端剪齐（最好先剪一段符合布线长度要求的网线），然后把剪齐的一端插入到网线钳用于剥线的缺口中，注意网线不能弯，直插进去，直到顶住网线钳后面的挡位，稍微握紧压线钳慢慢旋转一圈（无需担心会损坏网线里面芯线的包皮，因为剥线的两刀片之间留有一定距离，这距离通常就是里面4对芯线的直径），让刀口划开双绞线的保护胶皮，拔下胶皮。
如下图所示。
当然也可使用专门的剥线工具来剥皮线。
【小提示】网线钳挡位离剥线刀口长度通常恰好为水晶头长度，这样可以有效避免剥线过长或过短。
剥线过长一则不美观，另一方面因网线不能被水晶头卡住，容易松动；剥线过短，因有包皮存在，太厚，不能完全插到水晶头底部，造成水晶头插针不能与网线芯线完好接触，当然也不能制作成功了。
第2步：剥除外包皮后即可见到双绞线网线的4对8条芯线，并且可以看到每对的颜色都不同。
每对缠绕的两根芯线是由一种染有相应颜色的芯线加上一条只染有少许相应颜色的白色相间芯线组成。

一、机柜安装流程机柜安装流程分为以下几步：机柜安装计划、机柜安装前的准备、机柜调试。
在各种项目中，机房设施是必需的，而机柜是主要的设施之一，因此机柜安装是尤为重要。
以下详细介绍网络机柜的安装：一般机柜的外型尺寸为：高×宽×深=1800mm×600mm×1000mm。
（1）机柜安装计划在安装机柜之前首先对空间进行计划，为了易于散热和保护设施，机柜前后与墙面或其他设施的距离不应小于0.8米，机房的净高不可以小于2.5米。
（2）机柜安装前的准备安装前，场地要正确没有差错，否则会造成返工。
依照拆箱引导拆解机柜及机柜附件包装木箱。
（3）机柜安装流程机柜固定后，则可以直接施行机柜配件的安装。
将机柜安放到计划好的位置，确认机柜的前后面，并使机柜的地脚瞄准相应的地脚定位标记。
（4）机柜调试在机柜顶部最简单的面两个互相垂直的方向安放水准尺，查看机柜的水准度。
旋动地脚上的螺杆调试机柜的高度，使机柜达到水平，而后锁紧机柜地脚上的锁紧螺丝帽，使锁紧螺丝帽紧贴在机柜的底面。
二、机柜安装注意事项有了机柜相关尺寸，再检查设备的外形，确保和选择的支架搭配。
一个坚固的机柜可承重近500斤，所以检查一下用来拿出设备用的工具，比如提门或手推车。
名牌机柜一般下面装有轮子，所以你只需把设备装进去，再把机柜推到合适的地方即可。
测量一下房间的大小和机柜经过的天花板、门和电梯高度。
再有考虑到机柜里的多类设备，确保把机柜放在距离电源、网线插口、通讯插口近的地方。
检查打开和关闭机柜时柜门打开的角度。
标准机柜门在右边打开，门轴在左边，当然不排除相反的情况。
所有的门和侧板都应很容易打开，以便于维护。
当用户将设备机柜安装入一个已经存在的机柜组时，可以把机柜挨着排成一排，这样安全、整齐。

N610-18机柜的外型尺寸为：高×宽×深＝1800mm×600mm×1000mm。

C.4.3 机柜水平调整在机柜顶部平面两个相互垂直的方向放置水平尺，检查机柜的水平度。
用扳手旋动地脚上的螺杆调整机柜的高度，使机柜达到水平状态，然后锁紧机柜地脚上的锁紧螺母，使锁紧螺母紧贴在机柜的底平面。
